The accommodation was clean and spacious. The location was central, a short walk to restaurants. Quiet room on two levels. There is a kitchen with fridge.

There was no communication about check-in, when you get there you have to ring a phone number which is on a piece of paper by the door. - We didn't get a wifi name and password (although we asked via sms and booking.com message) until the next day. - The gas stove didn't work.

The room was very clean. The location is perfect, near to all the restaurants and facilities.

All was good. The only thing is that the shower head and bidet needs to be fixed.

The wifi was not available

It was very clean and in a convenient spot, if Sferracavallo is where you need to be.

I found the bed quite uncomfortable.

We stayed here for one night to catch our flight early in the morning without haste. The room was clean (a bit damaged), the bed okay. eventhough sferacavallo is a small village, during the night it was noisy in the room, due to thin windows Unfortunately the shower in the morning was cold, because it was forgotten to turn on the water boiler (we noticed it too late). (The place offers warm water, but the boiler has to be activated early enough).

the location of the place is amazing. fantastic city. nice with a small balcony and a terrace as a common area.

The place is okay considering the price, but just some things that were a bit off. We couldn’t close the bathroom door as the handle would fall off. communication around the pre-booked airport pick off was not the best. we waited for a while before we got in contact with them. And the mattresses of the bed was very hot, think synthetic materials.

The room was of the perfect size with a spacious bed, a table, a little kitchen and a furnished bathroom. Staff was very friendly and always available.

The only thing was that the tv remote and the lamp didn’t work properly but nothing major.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even after airing out the room for hours. There was also no wifi or data-reception.

The room was cold (the heating function of the airco was not helpful). Various small appliances and things were missing (e.g. hangers, some coffee/tea, proper soap).

The appartement is loccated only 2 min from the port.

-Sadly, smelled badly, due to someone has smoked inside and the whole bed smelled.... -there was no wifi, but was described on website before booking.

The renovated property that is in most of the photos is quite nice but the other property which is located around the corner in a different building is terrible. The cabinets fall off the walls when you open the doors, the room smells of smoke and you can hear every conversation through the walls from all the neighbors. We went to bed and found a half eaten sandwich and cupcake wrapped up in a bag beside the nightstand, assumingely left by a previous guest. Mistakes happen and there is definitely bad lighting for the cleaning staff in this room but wow… this shouldn’t even be legal to make money off this rental.

Lovely recently restored building and rooms, very kind staff, great location near the sea front and local restaurants. 15 mins walk to the train station where you can get a train to the airport, palermo etc

Rooms are well decorated

There is no communal space. The guy who met me in the beginning seemed quite helpful, he helped with my bag when I asked him to. But spoke no English whatsoever and was on the phone to someone for 5 minutes while he opened the door and showed me to my room. Kind of rude really... I was finally put onto a young girl, who told me I needed to pay extra tourist tax, and how to check out, which was a little unexpected as it wasnt clear when I booked. I felt so uncomfortable with the welcome that I messaged them to see if I could cut my stay short. I was told no. The young girl gave me breakfast vouchers for a savoury bun and and a coffee from the machine in the shop as an apology or kind gesture not really sure but the sentiment was appreciated... So, then here's where it gets even more annoying! I asked if there were any boat trips nearby, to which she said her and her Dad could take me. On the phone the price definitely sounded like 15 euros for a basic motor boat ride.... however after I had spend around 35/40 mins on the very choppy water going out and back in the bay, she demanded 50!!! I couldn't believe it. Again, this could have been my misunderstanding. However I was left with a pretty bad experience unfortunately. I stayed in Palermo on my last night (even though I had paid for Orlando) for around 40 euro in a lovely clean Bnb with breakfast served in a lovely airy communal room. totally different experience. I think they need to work on their customer service and maybe sort out the communal terrace area so it feels a bit more welcoming. Otherwise I think its just overpriced for what it is.
