5 floors but we were offered a ground floor in another block and chose to remain in the fifth floor because it was nicer cleaner more spacious

Location and space
It was on the fifth floor with no lift. The description did not mention this. No identification on the door that it was the apartment we had rented as the floors were not numbered,
Neither were the apartments.
Communication poor, no information on where to leave the key on departure. The owner did not respond to messages. Only phone call.
