The location is quiet and the apartments are about 10 minutes walk to the Night Market. The rooms were huge and the big double bed was comfortable. All the staff that I met were friendly, helpful and professional. All in all, great value for money and recommended

It was necessary to take a tuktuk or taxi to the city. Wifi signal was very weak in my apartment 3rd floor.

The one bedroom apartment is a huge step up from the usual guesthouse. From cooking utensils, to microwave and kettle, to a spacious accommodation (and that funky lights in the bedroom, haha).

Location is a bit far from Patuxay Monument, though it's around Naga Boat, which is a nice place for dinner. It's also closer to the airport. So there is no lift, so if one gets the higher floor, one have to walk up.

the location is a little bit too far from the central but it is so nice for taking the view from Mekong river. this very suitable for who need to enjoy the river view not for people who want to walk around the city

there is no elevator, but too lucky that I got the second floor.

Good set up for travelers who have to cook because kitchen appliances are provided. The view of Mekong River is great.

3-4 km from downtown. Could not credit card. the facility should have readily sufficient information for money exchanger if the property isn’t ready for clients to use credit card. there are money exchangers that are closed quite late; I.e.; STD Exchange on Rue Setthathilath.

Usal hard asian bed. The restaurant next door has loud music until 10.30pm and difficult to sleep. Location is difficult for tuk tuk/taxis . It is also a fair walk to get anywhere from there.

Nice room with very comfortable bed. Good air-condition and wonderful view from the balcony. The receptionist was very helpful and organized a scooter and a taxi to the airport for us.

The owner demands an exchange rate of 17.000 Kip for 1 USD. By the time we were there the official exchange rate was 15.000 Kip for 1 USD which makes the apartment more expensive than stated. Payment by credit card is not possible and if you don't have any US-Dollars with you, you have to accept the higher price as you can't get them at an ATM.
