Notre belle unité en bord de mer n'attend que d'être appréciée par vous et votre famille! Venez vous détendre et profiter de notre belle plage, condo et météo sur la plage de Navarre. Tout est haut de gamme et magnifique dans notre unité au 5ème étage! Vous serez assis juste sur la plage! Rien entre vous et l'eau. Nous avons passé l'automne à mettre à jour notre unité avec un nouveau canapé et un siège d'amour et de la peinture. Le condo va maintenant dormir 7.
Notre cuisine est bien équipée et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin! Vous adorerez le décor haut de gamme et la sensation de détente de notre maison de plage. Que vous souhaitiez cuisiner beaucoup pour votre famille ou tout simplement avoir les commodités rapides - vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans notre condo sur la plage. Vous l'aimerez tellement à l'intérieur que vous devez vous faire sortir à l'extérieur ~ mais vous ne voulez pas manquer la beauté de la plage! L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont spectaculaires!
Notre chambre principale et notre salle de bain sont tropicales et romantiques. Vous apprécierez de vous allonger dans le lit king-size et de voir la beauté du golfe bleu émeraude à travers les portes coulissantes. Nous avons des rideaux occultants pour que si vous voulez dormir dans les merveilleux levers de soleil ne vous dérangera pas! La salle de bain principale a une double vasque et un grand espace. Vous trouverez également une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal dans le condo pour votre commodité. Comme je l'ai dit, nous avons essayé d'anticiper et de répondre à tous vos besoins! La chambre d'hôtes a un lit double et un lit double - alors emmenez grand-mère! La deuxième salle de bain a également été entièrement rénovée et est reliée à la deuxième chambre - vous avez en fait un deuxième maître avec une deuxième salle de bain privée. Vous trouverez de nombreux draps dans toute l'unité. Ce n'est pas votre unité de location typique à Emerad Surf! Vous en aurez plus pour votre dollar de vacances!
Notre salon et salle à manger est confortable et beau. Le canapé est un canapé-lit et il y a une priorité sur le confort dans tout le condo. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Nos meubles dans le condo sont haut de gamme et de style contemporain tropical. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Un service Internet sans fil est disponible au complexe. Vous pouvez également profiter de la piscine face au golfe. Venez nous rejoindre!! La plage de Navarre a une eau bleu émeraude et un beau sable blanc - et beaucoup moins de gens pour les gâter, surtout sur notre extrémité «plus calme» de la plage!

We have stayed at a few different units at the Emerald surf and this one has the best view being up on the 5th floor. Having a beach setup daily was a nice plus. The unit was clean and well supplied. Will definitely rent this unit again.

My family and I stayed a week in this condo. The electricity in the 2nd bedroom didn't work at all. We called the owners on Saturday night (the day we checked in) to let them know about the situation. There was little to no communication after that. Two days later, Monday night, we received a text and were told that the electricians would be there on Tuesday. The electricians were there half of the day with no resolution. We did not hear from the owner at all after the electricians left. Thus, we did not have any electricity the whole week in the 2nd bedroom where my children were staying. The view and beach were beautiful, but having to share the master bedroom/bed due to our young child being afraid of the dark, not having a night light or TV to fall asleep to, as well the electricians having to be there half of a day to no avail was not the vacation we were hoping for.

The condo had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was quick with the few questions we had. The location was great and the beach perfection. Highly recommend!

The property was in excellent shape. Just the right size for us. We took advantage of the beach umbrella that came with the property. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was to die for. My only complaint was the bathroom was the height of the bathtub Getting in and out was not easy for me. Some suction cup handles would be appropriate

This is our 4th year coming to Navarre and first time at this condo. The condo location was wonderful, not as crowded as other condos. Overall our stay was wonderful. However, the room was not clean. When going on vacation I shouldn’t have to buy cleaning supplies to clean things. The tub in the second bedroom was disgusting and I would not put my kids in it until it was cleaned. The stand up fans and ceiling fan were not useable due to the amount of dust on them. My husband changed the air filter that looked like it hadn’t been changed all year as it had 3inches of dirt and dust on it. For the amount of money paid I expected this to be cleaner and was very disappointed.

This property was well maintained, clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for us! It’s a little dated but that didn’t affect our stay at all. We come to the beach every year and would stay here again without any hesitation at all! Our goal was to get away and relax and this was the perfect place to accomplish that goal.

Came to emerald Gulf as we have the past 3 years. Had some A/C trouble and the maintenance was going to do a plumbing upgrade at the last minute which would have been a nightmare. The owners let us stay in another property they owned which was actually an upgrade and beautiful accomodations! These owners didn't leave us out in the cold so we will gladly use them again!!

Property was not as clean as expected. Furniture was very dusty and baseboards were dirty. The linens were not as fresh looking as we were accustomed to seeing. The towels and washcloths were very dingy. There were plumbiing issues in the shower in the guest bathrom. (Owner said they were not aware of this but will fix it) The bathrooms did not have safety bars which is a NO NO for seniors. HOWEVER, owners were very easy to reach and very receptive to our complaints. If allmif these issues are addressed and corrected, we would definitely stay here again. We love EMERALD SURF!

We had a fabulous week in Navarre! This is our second stay at an Emerald Surf condo, it’s everything we look for in our accommodations: low rise, quiet beach, ocean front views, and the beachside pool is a huge bonus! This condo fit our family well and we would definitely consider it for our next trip to Navarre.

Lovely stay at Navarre, as always. It just wasn't cleaned really well. Showers had hair and soap buildup. Kitchen cabinets hadn't been wiped and the refrigerator was dirty. Everything else as advertised!

This condo unit is perfect in every way. We enjoyed a week stay at Emerald Surf (our second time) and the unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen and linens. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were very comfortable too. We plan to return!

The pool was smaller but it was heated and next to the beach so after playing in the surf we could quickly rinse off and hop in the warm pool. This condo is located away from the larger high rises so we had so much space at the beach. Closer to the pier was very crowded so we liked this location. Top floor with views of the sound side and ocean were amazing. We will return to Navarre and would reserve this condo again for its size and comfort.

The condo was in a quiet location within driving distance for tourist sites. We loved that it was right on the beach so it was easy to come and go for our little kids. The pool was a nice option when the waves were too rough. We would definitely consider coming back again!

We’ve stayed at Emerald Surf condos several times over the years and we do love the views and the less populated area versus by the pier. The parking is a little challenging with full size pickups so we park on the sides and not directly under the building. The building manager Debra was super helpful. Downsides are you have slightly less privacy on balconies because of how the building is shaped but that’s it! Super comfortable beds and all the conveniences included in the kitchen.

Old timers return
Always enjoy Navarre Beach. This condo is comfortable and well equipped and the best part is, it's on the top floor. Less pool area noise and great view. The only negative would be the next door neighbors smoking pot on the balcony several times per day.
We have stayed here 3 or 4 times in the last 2 or 3 years and have always enjoyed it. We will be back next year.

Florida vacation
Barry & Jaime we’re very pleasant and apologetic with the minor issues we had. Absolutely loved this condo. Location was perfect, the view was breathtaking everyday. We did not use the pool, but it was warm and inviting. Very relaxing beach, which is what we needed. It was a perfect and enjoyable vacation. We definitely will be coming back!

Excellent Condo
This was our fifth year in a row going to Navarre Beach and our second year staying at Emerald Surf. Last year we stayed in a different room at Emerald Surf on the 5th floor and this room was much nicer that the one we stayed at last year. The location of the condos are great. The community pool is clean and well kept. The beach service that is included is fantastic. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed and has a nice front load washer and dryer set. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and sturdy. My 2 children said their beds were also nice. I also enjoyed the fans in each bedroom. My wife and I and our children sleep with fans on at night to have some white noise, so those were a nice touch. The unit appeared very clean and smelled nice when we arrived as well. This was by far the best condo we have stayed at in Navarre Beach. Thanks to the owner for a fantastic stay and great vacation!

Best week. The accommodations were excellent, very comfortable and the view was amazing. Had a wonderful time even though Nicholas decided to veer our way….well, it is hurricane season. ❤️☂️
