Grass needed cut, towels left in washer, hot tub not cleaned and not filled.

The location was nice. Very clean.

The beds were not that comfortable. The sofa bed in livingroom was not comfortable. Bathroom was a bit crowded. There was a rebar was sticking out in the rocks on the walking path

The dryer was broken. We paid for the internet and didn't have any at all. The maintenance people couldn't get the internet to work.

Location was amazing! It was close to the city, but far enough it was quiet!

The tv didnt pick up all that great guess it was in the wifi connection. The back door didn't want to lock or unlock good at all

The bed the wifi the area the couches the jacuzzi the price the whole expense and experience was terrible we will never book with this cabin again wasn't even really a cabin it was basically a house with wood nailed to the walls

The decor was cute. The kitchen area was nice. It had enough beds to accommodate our family.

I thought this cabin was overpriced. It Does not have a view. Walls and windows seems thin and you could hear a lot of noise in the morning. The bathroom door was hard to close and then if you did get it close, extremely difficult to open. One of the blankets we got out of the closet for the trundle bed smelled like a dog and had dog hair all over it.

Quiet and private cozy area. Easy to find with gps.. House was comfortable but EXTREMELY overpriced for accomodations and size.

Requested sheets for bed in living room four times with no success. Got a call from owner when I had already checked out but...clueless to what was going on. Said he would give me a refund but never got one or heard from him again. Bathroom was tight but met the needs. Yard was "kind of" mowed, to show someone tried but not well groomed. Internet was 1 m Too slow to really use. I would not re-book or recomend due to over priced and lack of sheets or communication to fix an issue. After this review I filed a complaint about the owner saying he would give me a partial refund but he didn’t. Bookings contacted him and he lied about the sheets not being in the cabin. He said he went and found them in the closet. He refused to assist us during our stay. Avoiding the issue that there were no,sheets. Making a statement that housekeeping always prepares the beds, but when I informed he that was not true…he did nothing to come or send anyone with sheets. When I closed the door he called me saying he would send someone with sheets. I informed him that I had spent two nights there and this was my check out time. A bit late for making things better he said he would give me a partial refund. I continued to message him through the bookings app but he never gave me a refund or communicated with me again. After bookings told me about him lying about the sheets I messaged him again to give him a chance to make things right. He still has not answered. Do not stay here! They are dishonest. Not only making our stay uncomfortable but lying about it to Booking. They are also VERY OVER PRICED in comparison to a three bedroom 2200 sq. Ft home in the Smokey’s with two purchases and hot tub two bathrooms etc… for a cheaper price. 20 min from Smokies at Peak A View, Wears Valley.

It was perfect for our family. Just big enough. Hot tub was exceptionally nice.

Being in our own space away from the rest of the cabins and the hot tub was very nice

The toilet handle was broken and there was dog poop and hair in the yard i couldn't let my daughters run around, floors needed to be swept

I personally loved the location, was easy to find and far enough from the road where you had privacy. It was minutes drive from the city. The cabin itself is super cute and good value. The hot tub was clean and worked great.

Unfortunately there were quite a few things I didn’t like about my stay. Start off with the host not sending me any instructions for the cabin like the door code until super late that night, I had messaged the host and texted their number and never heard anything until 6 hours later. The king bed was extremely hard and not very comfortable at all. The bed pillows looked extremely used so if you plan on booking this cabin definitely bring your own pillows! The shower liner was old and needs to be replaced. It had a very slimy sticky feel to it. There’s also not a lot of seating in the cabins living room, what seating is provided isn’t very comfortable at all.

Cabin was very clean and close to everything. We had a great stay there. Very quiet.

The only negative was the king bed is extremely hard.

the views were beautiful and the furniture and decor was absolutely gorgeous❣️ it definitely gives you the home away from home feeling and was very welcoming

the toilet messed up quite a few times and the plunger wouldn’t plunge much but that also may be our own fault, along with the coffee maker that gave me a lot of grounds but again, it was most likely my fault😅

The entire house was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had a great coffee maker. The hot tub was a real plus, and everyone enjoyed just hanging out on the front porch. It was also helpful to have the washer and dryer on-site. It was fun to watch the animals next door, chickens, roosters, sheep, and goats. We loved hearing the roosters crow in the morning!

There was very little seating in the main living area, just a daybed, which was not comfortable to just sit and watch TV or chat, and one chair. We brought in some lawn chairs from our car. I was surprised by the amount of traffic on the road, but the house is far from the road, so we didn't really hear it when we were inside the house. There is a fenced-in area, but no way to access it from inside the house, so we had to take our dogs out on leashes first to get them to that area. There is a lot of space around the house, so no place to really walk our dogs other than directly in front of the house.
