The hotel is well located in relation to the beach and the bus, and those are the only positives. The reception staff were very friendly.

My room was an economy one and the kitchen smelled of mold, there were ants crawling on the furniture, and I even saw a cockroach once... The bathroom was partially renovated, but the living room had old, ugly, and uncomfortable furniture. The bed was terrible, at least as bad as in the army... The balcony doors had to be closed, otherwise wild cats would come into the room. The pool was small and unattractive with cold water. The hotel entertainment was very tacky, it might have worked in the 80s. The hotel restaurant was a masterpiece of lack of imagination. The restaurant staff were very absent-minded, and there was one man who was always angry, treated customers rudely, and behaved like a complete boor. I recommend moving him to a position where he won't have contact with customers, as his behavior creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. I attach his photo. In the kitchen, they probably cook badly on purpose. I have never had such bad food, even the scrambled eggs were bad. After the first day, I gave up on all meals and bought food in the store or dined at the Italian restaurant Il Duomo across the hotel, which I highly recommend. I encourage the hotel management to take radical steps to improve the hotel conditions because it is very annoying to spend your long-awaited vacation in such conditions. I asked the reception if I could cancel the meals and get a refund. They said it was possible, so I stopped eating at the hotel. Despite multiple inquiries, the hotel kept saying they were waiting for confirmation from Booking.com. I contacted Booking.com and they claimed they couldn't reach the hotel. I have not received any money from the hotel until today 05.2023. The hotel just deceived me...

Great location, right at the sea shore. Plenty of free parking spaces nearby. Great variety of lovely food .

Two minute walk to the closest beach. Everything in Maspalomas was accessible from the hotell by walking. The hotell hosted a supermarket and a morning to night restaurant which was ok! The location of the hotell and the street outside made it easy to park a rental car even though the hotell did not host any own parking spots.

The noise reduction in the rooms could be better, our neighbours unfortunately got stomach sickness from which the sound also ruined some of our nighs. There was also some WiFi struggles but the hotell sorted that out in less than a day!

Great location and definitely bargain for the money. Very nice breakfast and staff was helpful too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dinner selection just wasn't really up to my taste.

The pillows are very thin, not very good, the dining tables were not so well clean up, meaning they were wiped off with the same dirty cloth, so no hygiene. They have a very tight schedule for dinner, till 21.00.

Close to beach, size of apartment, reasonably quiet.,view from apartment 5th floor. Beds were comfortable , Breakfast was ok but evening buffet was poor as the food needed putting in microwave as it was not hot enough.

It was noticeable that the apartment could do with a deep clean lots of dust around the edges although maid spent 5 minutes mopping each day. Bathroom shower looked great but needs attention to grouting. Very few utensils to cook a meal.

Not quite understanding why this property has only two stars considering the facilities. The hotel is well positioned between Playa del Ingles and San Agustin with a pleasant beach walk to either, just five minutes to the beach. There is a Buffet Restaurant within the hotel and an Italian on site and also a Supermarket. The pool was nice and clean, with a lifeguard on duty daily and the breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.

We had a couple of issues within the room and feel that possibly things may need a little TLC but this did not detract from our enjoyment. You get what you pay for and we were happy with the outcome of our report of the grievances to Reception.

Were were so delighted with the location of this hotel, near the beach front, lovely promenade, grocery attached, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Note that you do have to climb up quite a few steps to access the local shops etc! We got a great workout! We got a very spacious room with both mountain and sea views! Though we booked for 3 guests, our room was very spacious and had sufficient room to sleep 5 people. The staff at reception were amazing, we arrived early from London and was able to check in early! They were always kind and courteous when approached. Our visit coincided with the Carnival in Maspalomas, so there was a wonderful vibrancy, colour and a sense of welcome that made us feel so happy to be there. We enjoyed the powerful shower and adequate supply of hot water. The kitchenette had most appliances needed. We made good use of the fridge and microwave! Thanks for supplying washing up liquid and sponges. Was also lovely to have places on the balcony to hang wet clothes. All in all we really appreciated to attention to small details.

There was a good variety at the buffet breakfast, however it was served from 8am to 10am and it seemed that there was little scope to remain in the breakfast hall and relax and chat with a cup of tea. The staff seemed to want to guests gone soon after 10:00am. On very hot nights the ceiling fans were not able to keep us as cool as we wanted, leaving doors opened helped. For those like me and my companions who are not coffee drinkers, a kettle rather then coffee maker would have been preferable.
