La habitación vieja y descuidada. Por ejemplo la cama vieja las canillas del baño despintadas, el piso flotante del piso todo inflado. Una habitación de los 90 sin mantenimiento

EVERYTHING. The hotel, staff, bedroom, bathroom(which had a bath), food and location was perfect for us to catch the ferry in the morning. We parked on site for a small charge which was perfect and only a 5euro charge for our dog.

Excellent room. The hotel is just off the Mestre station. Still I don't remember any significant noise from the street.

A transparent wall between the room and the bathroom was a bit unexpected, but not a big problem.

150 meters far from Venezia Mestre train station, just walk all the way the underground railway passage, stairs, first left and after 100 meters the hotel appears. Very professional lady at reception

No or very poor wifi Internet connection quality in the second floor and there is no kettle in the room

location - close to train station cleanliness breakfast was quite good (especially juices) stuff at reception was nice possibly to park a car (for extra 10 eur)

room was old and also a bit cold (air conditioner was loud all night, it is a heating for the room) small room but ok considering the price electricity only worked when you are in the room, inconvenient to charge when you are not inside the bed cover was odd wifi wasn’t good, inconvenient to work, the signal got lost in the middle of meeting

Location bus stop 10 m away, tram stop 100 away, train 100% super. . Stuff, Breakfast was delicious for me, excellent choise, super. Venice 17 min by bus, 10 min by train.

No entertainment, pool table. View to back yard was bad. Noise from from something. Not many restourante around. But much cheaper living than in Venice

Alfredo the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location is great to go out and take the train straight to Vecine or other cities around like Padova or Verona (do not take the underground passage on the same street but the one 100 m away on Via Ulloa) . The breakfast buffet was not huge but it had all the options needed for anyone (good optimization by the management!). I never saw a single housekeeper but they do an amazing cleaning job! They made me feel so guilty about it that I had to put the do-not-disturb sign outside once or twice to make them not clean the room!

The staff was polite, they could have been a bit more friendly though. The mattress was not very comfortable besides the fact that they don't have double beds, just twin beds that create a hole in between even when put together. The room was too small, making the space between the bed and the wall too narrow to go around as well as forcing to move the night table away to be able to open the drawers from inside the closet. Luckily, I hadn't brought much stuff. And the short selection of bread in the breakfast buffet felt quite dry like if it were from the day before. Maybe more options or just different type(s) of bread would be better.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a B&B in Venice Marghera. The location was convenient and everything was good, but what really stood out was the staff. They were super nice and helpful throughout my stay. I'd gladly return for another visit!

Very friendly approachable staff, carried out our requests and house keeping great.

Our enquiry about provision for a Vegan diet prior to arrival said the hotel provided vegan options at buffet breakfast. We asked in the breakfast room and it was just fruit disappointingly but there’s a supermarket nearby and a fridge in the room.
