Nice hotel, good location and one of the best owners I've ever met.

The host was amazing, he really went an extra mile and contributed a lot to our great experience.

Everything was perfect, for real!

Milen was great. I confirmed with him all the details a few days before and he waited for us at the time we mentioned. Underground parking, clean, spatious rooms, close to the main attractions, restaurants.

Location, it's close to City Center and you can see Tsaravets from balcony. Btw, please ask for garage, there is little space to park outside.

The owner is really nice and friendly. The hotel is really close to the historical site of the city. There are several nice bars and a restaurant close to the hotel.

We were greeted by a very friendly hotel manager who was happy to answer all our questions. The hotel is in a Great location - short walk to historical sights and high street, easy access to public transport. The facilities are great - a high level of cleanliness, large rooms with balconies, great view to the mountain and /or Tsarevets Fortress. The indoor parking was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this hotel!

It could be that the parking entry and exit could be a bit difficult for a bigger car.

I tried to find the corect phrases to describe our staying at Silvestar: "great, recommended, bla bla and stuf"... NO! It was like a visit to out cousin Milen from Bulgaria. We felt like home. We will come back for sure. Next time in bigger formation, our dog also.

Great location just in the walking distance from History Museum. Milen, the owner does anything posible to make you stay enjoyable. We were in transit and we spent only a night there , but I am sure that we will met again? Thank's Milen!

Nothing really.

The stay went beyond our expectations! From the moment we booked the trip till we checked out. We (family of 4) were visiting V.Tarnovo and the surroundings for the weekend and could not be happier with all the town and Silvestar Hotel had to offer. It was evident the current owner Milen was seeing the opportunity to host visitors beyond just one time. His genuine approach from the moment we first spoke on the phone to ensure we have a parking spot reserved, to check in and throughout our entire stay he made himself available and answered any and every question with care and smile. Despite the difficulties COVID-19 have presented the facility was well taken care of and so was the room. A spacious 2 room unit with a nice balcony overseeing the mountain, fridge, 2 ACs, 2 TVs, large bathroom was more than enough to make us feel comfortable. The location is also just perfect. Right in between the Tzarevetz Fortress and the main street with restaurants and shops makes it for an easy in and out any time during the day/night. Highly recommend the place for anyone seeking to explore the town. Will be staying back there next time when in town. Thank you!

What I enjoyed the most was the host. This hotel is a small family business and the pandemic affected it quite a lot from what I could have seen. Even though, the owner of the hotel was extraordinary and make us feel like we were really welcomed and not just the shallow welcome feeling that you get in most places. I totally recommend this place if you're passing through Veliko Tarnovo, want to stay very close to the old town, or better say in the old town, have your car parked in a secured place and not looking for a over rated place. The hotels and the rooms are simply and clean, nothing fancy, provided with everything you need for a one night stop, like it was in my case.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

We came here for one weekend, one night. The room was clean, the balcony perfect. Very friendly staff, underground parking, comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the fortress. A small shop is 100 meters from the hotel. To eat you had to go either to the fortress 200 meters (there were 2 restaurants) or in the center of Veliko, as the distance between 800 meters and 1 kilometer. The two restaurants / terraces that were near hotel, did not have kitchen. We had a beautiful stay here.

The owners very helpful and runs me to my car if im parked away from the hotel.

I have been lucky with parking but be aware as its in the heart of culture area parking can be tricky.

Perfect location in the old town with garage, only 5 minutes from Tsarevets complex. The host was super nice. Facility was clean and calm. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Pets friendly also 🙂.
