We got 1 pizza and a bottle of prosecco as room service and it cost £52! That price is absolutely ridiculous, the same prosecco in a shop is only about £9. So even with usual mark up it should not cost more than £20! And £16 for a pizza is high but possibly expected. We expected maybe £30/£35 for both at most. Very disappointing

Room was cold. We were placed on floor one above a Christmas party that we did not attend. Music still playing after 12.30 am. Bar had ran out of some spirits. Hotel no longer offers discounts for car park. 2 nights parking cost £48

There was no sofa as per picture as per image. The room was frozen, I mean we don;t leave in a hot country!! it took ages to get the room warmed up. No amenities, no slippers. I sure I wasn't staying in a two star hotel! I am very disapointed with the hotel and I have always stayed there till so far whenever I make a trip to Leicester. The carpet is so old. 2 persons staying and 1 biscuit only??

Breakfast even richer, beds were nice and wide, some problems with pillows, too few options, cupboards, hangers, to accommodate clothes, no save available in the room, no fridge.

Lovely room, spacious and a large, very comfortable bed. Stand out feature for me was the stunning bathroom. Beautifully tiled, bright, spotlessly clean and a great shower, exactly what you want at the end of a long day or to start off the next day with a great warm feeling. Breakfast, the room it was served in, and the team of staff serving it were amazing, I've never been more impressed with a dining room or team of serving/waiting staff. Superbly professional in their dress, work ethic and customer service, great food and a stunningly designed eating/serving area. Took my opinion of the stay to a different level.

The adjacent car parking was extremely expensive and didn't feel particularly secure, which wasn't a great feeling. It also wasn't very clean. I feel the hotel should work more closely with the car park to remedy these issues for their customers.

Very clean and comfortable, in an excellent location. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Very central to what we wanted to do.

No direct footpath around the hotel or in the street and no safe pedestrian crossing unless you walk right around to the main road out back. Car parking close but too expensive. We used the High cross Rooftop car park. Great driving in, but a pain trying to get to the car to get it out.
