A/C and ventilation was so poor that nothing appears good in this IHG place, I don't k wi how IHG did not took action about this before. Such a shame for IHG as. Group
Ventilation is broken from long time, I was created by reception staff like this. Fan was throwing out hot air, we were given a small fan which could not the air to even one meter. I suggest, IhG should remove their logo tag from this place if they have a slightest decency. It's a cheat with those who see IHG group and book this hotel.

The location was perfect for us. It is super close to the conference venue.
EVERY TIME WE STAY, THE COFFEE MACHINES ARE BROKEN. It's great to have a free breakfast, but all I want is a good cup of coffee in the mornings and literally every stay its been broken! VERY DISAPPOINTING

I did not expect the hotel to have as many homeless and immigrants staying at the hotel and the breakfast was poor overcooked and Luke warm

The breakfast was nice and the room was great. unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. This caused the room to be very hot and made our stay a bit unpleasant.
All facilities advertised should work. Especially on hot days you would expect the air conditioner to be in working order. I feel that we had been let down and no attempt was made to offer us a free drink or a partial refund so as to compensate the lack of cool air.

Great position for the local university where we had just moved our daughter in to. Room had everything we needed but for some reason every hotel we book ends up with the room above the kitchen back doors which is very noisy on a morning.

Usual facilities/services I would expect from this hotel chain. Comfortable room with good shower. Limited choice,but well prepared buffet breakfast.Helpful staff. Free Parking a bonus.

Room was very hot, not possible to alter temperature. Tried to have window open but too noisy with traffic (our room was at the front facing the stadium). To be fair we aren’t used to noise as we live in the country

The check in was super simple. Free parking, literally next to the Leicester City Stadium. We got a handicap-friendly room thus the bathroom was bigger, the room was spacious.
