The room was dirty, the cleaning don’t clean anything!

Bathroom bath had marks and scratches scuffed looked unprofessional . Good location very central close to cbd IGA excellent staff very pleasant helpful professional . Just the car fee parking p me off and the bath scratches and scuff looked unpleasant . But management excellencet professional pleasant nice

Car parking fee when u u booking online booking .com u tick car parking that means free car parking not having to pay extra . I had to pay an extra $40 for 2 nights .

Room was great - aircon for warmth and a blanket in the cupboard. Nice and spacious. Good powerful shower. Love that there was room service available and a licensed restaurant on site.

Room was a bit noisy - both outside the window and outside in the corridor. Just felt like I could hear quite a lot of other things, like the tv next door. Limited toiletries. And the parking was full so had to park in the street - not great.

Close to city. Good hospitality. Reasonable and affordable

As always excellent staff, good amenities,parking etc,nice restaurant and bar.

Dole bloggers and drug addicts, homeless living on the dole being accommodated within the hotel, and using drugs around the hotel on the street outside.

Certainly flashier than I expected. I thought that for what I paid it would be a pretty standard place but it was super nice and the staff were really helpful with explaining things and answering questions.
