The staff was great. Good breakfast and good staff. Room clerk, Thierry was excellent. He spoke perfect English and was very helpful in giving detailed direction and making suggestions.

The hotel is close to the train station, cafes and restaurants. The cathedral is only a short walk away. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing that we didn’t like probably the stairs but that wasn’t really a bother.

central staff helpful had two touring bikes and the girls were very good and helped us.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was rather dated but it was still comfortable.

The room had rather an odd layout but that didn't really affect the comfort.

The hotel is right in the city centre. I stayed on the evening of the World Cup semi-final and it was unsurprisingly very noisy. You may want to consider that if you are a light sleeper and maybe ask for a room that is not on the street.

Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff! Located at the very heart of the tourist center, on the vibrant street but the rooms are quiet. Old building with a fancy staircase and old-style elevator, very cute. The breakfast was really good! The breakfast hall is a bit small but on Sunday or upon the request they serve it in the spacious 3rd floor hall, so, everyone will be satisfied.

Be prepared that the rooms are pretty small, smaller than you can imagine from the photo. The room is well equipped but, for example, the safe box was not mounted to the wall (just placed on the top of the open-style wardrobe), and the kettle set on the small desk has no socket to connect nearby.

The location of the hotel is exactly where you want to be. In the center of town and 5 minutes to the train.
