Good location and friendly staffs. The building is a little bit old, but the services are better.

Wifi is unstable and not good connection. The breakfast was not well prepared even at the starting time...

В этом отеле я живу уже много лет. Достаточно хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Хотя иногда, видимо в зависимости от каких-то мероприятий Шанхае, цена повышается и выгоднее пожить в другом месте:) Хороший завтрак. Нормальный интернет. Рядом метро, зеленая ветка между двумя аэропортами Шанхая, для меня сама удобная и используемая. Пешком до всех магазинов от 5 минут:) В общем, могу рекомендовать.

Отель стареет, это заметно. Удержали достаточно большой депозит, который возвращается от 7 до 13 дней. Но я на эти деньги рассчитываю во время всей поездки, это момент неприятный. Вообще, рекомендую для депозита иметь наличные доллары - при расчёте вам их сразу вернут и вопрос закрыт. И вы их оставите в депозит в следующей гостинице, а иначе на карте каждый отель заморозит какую-то сумму.

Wifi in Lobby. I did not have local telephone number. It was difficult to have connection to have the wifi in the lobby.

The hotel is in an amazing location and as value-for-money goes, it's hard to beat it. There are much better hotels in the area but they are also much pricier. I needed a place for weeks, so the difference really made a difference.

Cleaners were struggling with tidying up and replenishing goodies like coffee cartridges (one day we got 2, the next day none, then 1). The hotel reception told us they were outsourced staff, and I'd rethink their contract.

The location is very good. It is just a few minutes away from the Jing’an station of line 2, which is directly linked to the two major airports in Shanghai.

It was a luxury hotel in Shanghai back then when I was a kid. Decades later, it looks still good but when you look closer, there are a lot of wears and tears. It definitely needs a refresh or remodeling. I got a room on the 8th floor, at the night, the noise from the freeway next to the hotel was bothering me.

Convenient location l, walking distance to Metro station, except it is very difficult to get taxi when in need to go to train station and airport.

The service quality provided by the Concierge is very poor, not professional. A few concierge staff needs to go under professional training to improve service quality, show respect to hotel guests, be responsible for the job requirements.

Das Hotel befindet man in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht ganz neu, aber noch bequem. Die Personen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The location is nice, and the staffs are friendly. I like the swimming pool...the water is clear and clean.

I had stayed this hotel som many times before covid. After covid, something has changed...? A/C was noisy, breakfast is less tasty and floors were dirty... expect to be improved like before.

One of the days I stayed, I told the cleaning crew no need to come in to clean on my way to breakfast. When I came back from breakfast, shocked to see two people in my room. They claimed that they were fixing phone. I told them that I’d just called staff to find out breakfast time one hour ago. The phone was working fine. The two people took off.

Very friendly staff and let us into our room just after noon, because we have children and had an early flight landing in Shanghai. The room is nice and clean. The swimming pool is also very nice and not busy at all. The location is great with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Would be better if room service run 24 hours.

The room and the bed were very comfortable, although a bit small. The location was great, and I would easily recommend the place. The only bad side was from the staffs who just did the bare minimum. I asked twice for support (for booking a taxi, or for directions): long story short, I had to find by myself in the street.

Quite expensive. Breakfast finishes at 10am even on weekends Some rooms had a bath with an inadequate shower curtain

I could not fault this hotel. The staff were great and most could speak good enough English to communicate. The beds were super comfortable, room service food was so good. Mr biggest problem was I did a injury to my knee so couldn't get out to see the sights but I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to rest up in. Keep up the great work. I will return.

Very convenient location Near train station, bus stop A lot of shopping, eating places nearby A few minutes walk to the famous landmark JingAn Temple that I will visit every time while in Shanghai The room is huge! Everything is spotlessly clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
