Breakfast selection is small but sufficient for a decent breakfast meal

Property is old n cupboard doors are chipped - bathroom shower door silicone covering the door gap is soft n coverage is weak n caused water to leak onto bathroom floor - causing slipper floor ..

the rooms were large & excellent. Staff all friendly

Breakfast was ok - but not 5 star level.

Good size of suite for family. Good variety of breakfast. Good location near the city centre.

Furniture is a bit old.

The location was perfect , right next to taiko hui which has a metro station. Rooms are big and clean.

It’s not a 5 star property, nothing aligns with 5 star so value for money is highly debatable. Only two members of the staff were nice helpful and welcoming. Coral really did make my stay safe and pleasurable he was so helpful and kind. And the man on the door as well. But the Night Shift staff were extremely not helpful and honestly not welcoming. I used to get a no or I don’t know for each question I ask. Adding to that 95% of hotel staff can’t speak English.

A home like feeling! Very spacious and comfortable.

Location and apartment size was perfect.

I'm happy they provided a continental breakfast, but to be honest it was repetitive eating the same thing for a week. Shower wasn't great.
