Location of the Hotel is Excellent , Good Breakfast and Room Cleanliness . Hotel Staffs are friendly and very helpful , specially the hotel manager Mr Alvin Lin has helped us a lot with all our inquires and and arranged what we need , such as taxi booking etc. There are Hotel staffs that speaks English well to serve customers who don't speak Chinese

Chambres spacieuses avec un lit très large et confortable, bien équipées avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners de notre séjour avec une très grande diversité de plats proposée.

Je ne sais pas si l’hôtel est bien placé, car nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit (par contre pour information il y a un médecin et une pharmacie à 100 mètres juste à côté si besoin).

De locatie is echt perfect! Je loopt zo het centrum in (waar je je ogen uitkijkt). Er was een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hadden dit geboekt wegens tussenlanding en daar was het ook perfect hoor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional, especially a Mr. Gary Xu. We booked 3 rooms from 30/3 - 1/4 at the hotel. Our plan was to visit the island of Kinmen on the 1/4 and be back to collect our 5 bags at the concierge on the 2/4. However, we were stuck on Kinmen Island because of fog (no ferry) and we ended up back collecting our 5 bags only on 4/4. The hotel kept them safe for us all that time and the staff still remembered us as the owners of the bags:)

Very good location for tourists, at the city center and near the Metro Station. The staff was very helpful despite speaking very little English. Phone translation always helps us!

The room was very nice but it smelled tobacco every time we entered the room. People don't respect that you can't smoke in the rooms. Every time we entered we put a little perfume in the air and the smell disappeared. BUT ... we didn't ask to change room, because if we asked, for sure they would chance for us!

Best location, metro station, many food areas!

The view and location are great.

Toilet clogged. Drinking water supply is stingy.

Mix of Chinese and Western buffet for the breakfast.

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.

There weren't any mounted clothes hangers in the bathroom.

This is my second stay at this hotel. For Chinese hotels is overpriced but their location is SUPERB.

Their room rates are a bit high.

The Millenium was an absolutely perfect spot for us to enjoy all that Xiamen had to offer. The staff were particularly amazing - Michael, one of the managers there, took us 'under his wing' and helped us through the complex covid testing process at the nearby hospital, then took us on a walking dinner tour of local food one night. The rest of the staff were equally helpful, with handling luggage storage, organising cabs to various locations, and giving us recommendations. The hotel is easy walking distance to Zongshan Lu and a quick 10 minute cab ride to Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple or Yefengshai, from where you can enjoy a lovely walk along the coastal road. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with gorgeous views over both the city and the coastline. The room had all the expected amenities - bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, multiple pillow options, extra water bottles provided as requested. Having a bathtub was a wonderful extra luxury!

We couldn't get the heating to work to our preference - the room was hotter than we would have liked overnight.

The mouldy smell, the dusty carpets, the poor customer service of processing at check out, the old water in the gym, the gym, the rude lady when trying to access the pool, the sense of racism from some staff.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff were polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were excellent and our room was wonderful with a harbour view. Would definitely go again.
