The staff were friendly. Made me feel at home. They have a wide variety with their buffet breakfast. it was awesome, lots of choices.

The staff were really helpful, particularly, Anna. Nice hotel, lovely outside pool.

I booked this hotel specifically because it stated there was a washing machine (travelling with a toddler) and there wasn't one. The hotel said they don't have washing machines in any of the rooms. Which meant spending over 700rmb on laundry fees. The breakfast could be better. Often things had run out (butter, jam, yogurt etc) this was early too, around 8am so not near the end of breakfast. Cooked food was also cold.

Good place, good breakfast, good location. Although the personnel doesn't speak English and does not always show willingness to help there is always someone at the reception who is ready to help with any issue. So it takes time when you need something, but after dealing with English speaking personnel you feel totally satisfied.

It turned out that the pool which is so widely advertised on all the photos has not been working since last year ... and it's not clear when it's going to be opened again! that was the greatest disappointment as we have chosen the hotel because of the pool. There was no furniture on the balcony. A little bit strange to have a sea view and not to have a chance to sit and relax over there.

The breakfast had a wide range of food and the coffee was exceptional. There were a number of restaurants in the hotel which offered a variety of Chinese food. Limited western choices but what was offered was tasty. Room was a decent size and overlooked the sea as advertised. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room could have been cleaner, there was a lingering smell of tobacco smoke although it was a no smoking room.
