Goede en schone accomodatie met alle praktische voorzieningen. Ontbijt geeft veel keuze en smaakt goed! Bedden slapen heerlijk en een fijne warme douche.
We vroegen om de bustijden, maar die kon de receptie niet direct geven terwijl deze makkelijk op internet te vinden zijn. Misschien een tip om een lijstje met bustijden bij de receptie te plaatsen. Helaas waren er 2 apparaten stuk in de gym.

Pokoje czyste i to tyle od strony ulicy hałas. Śniadania smaczne w formie bufetu polecam. Basen jest ok. Blisko ADO.
Dobre miejsce na wypady. Ale jak na standardy Cancun jest dobrze.
Wielki minus to pracownicy recepcji. Nie mają chęci do pracy. Notoryczny problem z kartami do pokoju.
Gdy zwróciłem uwagę że zamawiałem inny pokój ,bardzo byli nie zadowoleni.

The hotel is in the downtown, which makes it easy to take yourself anywhere you want to. Rooms are big and spacious, and there's a good variety of breakfast every morning.
There was absolutely no WiFi in the room we had. Fortunately, we got to change a room, but the WiFi there was also almost non-existent. You had to be in a certain spot to connect. Also, the rooms aren't soundproof, so you could hear the noise coming from the pool area as well as people walking through the corridor, especially at night.

I booked a king and they tried to give me a 2 double bed room. Charged me 2xs. After i told them i paid in advance. They refunded me. They were nice.

Rooms are quite big and toilet also, bed is king size and very comfort. Breakfast is good, but the same every day. Every day they provide bottle of purified water.
Noise from the road starts in the morning and room is not good isolated so you can hear noise. There is no fridge in room which would be helpful to have so you can have cold water every day instead of warm one.

Not the best neighborhood but close to ADO terminal , restaurants and Palapas park.

Location was great for us. Near ado bus station and Parque de las Palapas.
Breakfast was great, shower pressure was good and pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.
Room really smelled like cigarette smoke, blankets had a cigarette burn hole in it, not noise proof at all, and the bed is very hard.

Perfect size rooms. We were a party of 15 so this place was excellent for us. Short walk to the beach. Beach club really nice and food is delicious. The breakfast was delicious.
The guy was really friendly and helpful. The girl not so much.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. The pool was lovely with towels, loungers and shade readily available. Being able to order food and drinks poolside was a bonus. Great location and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bed and pillows were a little firm for my liking and I did not have a coffee machine as advertised.

Nice clean hotel in downtown Cancun. Breakfast was fine, decent size swimming pool and a gym. The rooms were clean and of a good size. We stayed here one night as a stopover cause we had an early flight the day after.
Maybe some more different sort of fruit at the breakfast and some drinking water

The cleanliness was excepcional and the rooms were large.
The matraces were a little hard and it would have been nice to know about the included breakfast since the moment the reservation was made.

everyone needs a wristband to enter the breakfast area which will be given you upon checkin so basically you’ll have to wear it overnight. Some people may find it uncomfortable to sleep
