Hôtel bien situé, avec un espace vert et piscine agréable , très belle chambre spacieuse,bar agréable. Proche métro et d'un parc .

L'entretien de la clim, le côté stricte de la piscine et manque de fauteuils.

Acomodação com infiltração em vários pontos do carpete, e na parede do banheiro para o quarto, precisando de uma boa reforma e troca dos carpetes.

El personal fue excelente desde la entrada del hotel hasta la Sra. Que limpiaba, muy buen trato, con respecto y cordialidad. El cuarto amplio, cómodo y muy limpio todas las instalaciones. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The shuttle bus was ok.

The hotel is dated and has not moved on in the many years I have stayed there. The staff are ok, but could be much more helpful during the Canton Fair, in what is a very stressful time for travellers visiting China for the first time. The staff on reception do not speak enough foreign languages and whilst I'm slightly embarrassed to say that the UK as a nation don't try hard with other languages, British or Spanish is the business language all over the world, so this should be the minimum standard. I witnessed many staff purely walking away when trying to converse with confused guests. Payment options are limited around the hotel, no visa payments can be taken at the bar for food and drinks so its regular visits to the ATM to take money out. Consider getting WeChat set up and adding the barcode payment method to it. This seems to be quickly becoming the only way to pay for anything in china. The rooms are now beyond dated and whilst the bed is comfy, my room was falling to bits! The balcony door didn't work, the mini bar door was falling off and someone was in my room basically screwing it in place when I arrived.
