The view from the room was superb and on the quieter side of the hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, giving us a map of Siena and suggestions on where to go. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

I was cold at night and asked for a blanket which was met with a rather rude "isn't the air con working?" (not from one of the lovely ladies). Yes but my husband gets hot and I get cold so I had to justify asking for a blanket. The beds were not ever so comfortable. The pool was pleasant and the gym equipment available, but all the other facilities were closed so we had to traipse up to our room if we needed the toilet.

swimming pool not available until end of the week and then only a very limited amount: not before breakfast and not after 630 the Hotel is not 4 star. no fridge, no coffee making facilities in room the photos are misleading the property is in a rather grim suburb of Siena and is not an attractive building at all. 70s decor not great either it is said to be in a garden which is simply not true. the availability of the pool in very small print

A 3-star Hotel that delivers everything that is expected plus more by way of a large pool and pleasing gardens.

The staff was very friendly. 10 points to Alexandra, Alice and Riccardo. The property is perfectly located, very close to the center. good parking on site.

Free parking next to the town gate, even after check out. Very friendly staff.

- We really liked the panorama windows in the breakfast room, with view of the old city. - The selection that was offered at the breakfast bar was very good. - Plenty of free parking available.

- Breakfast room had no coffee maker; had to ask for every cup of coffee. - Our room was very small; flooring near window was severely damaged and should have been replaced. - Stairs to our room were very, very narrow. Luggage had to be carried in front of you as there is not enough room to carry a suitcase on your side. An elevator did not exist in this part of the building either. - TV had no international programs.

Warm and friendly welcome. Superb attitude and great staff. Sometimes it means more than all other facilities. We got a lot of tips on where to go and where to eat and we used these tips and were happier. The location was perfect, especially since you arrive by car. Just a short walking distance to the old town of Siena. Fantastic panoramic view from the hotel restaurant. Variety of choices for breakfast. We were happy that we choose this hotel. We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The accommodation had parking, walking 12 minutes you reach the city center, the hotel had a very good view of the city of Siena

Good size room and very good breakfast. Location is just outside the city wall which gives you possibility to park the car on hotel parking and reach the city attractions after a short walk on foot.

Great location very clean with a good breakfast and the free parking was a major plus. We had a very good stay even though out of season.

I’ve never met such kindness! There were no taxis for some reason so the receptionist got into her car and came to pick me up at the station!!!

The room smelt of damp and needed a complete upgrade with furniture broken and incomplete. The shower unit was frankly terrible.

Administrator of that hotel was amazing! She spoked really great in English, was very helpful and friendly! the room was spacious and breakfast was amazing!

We didn’t like that bathroom in our room was without the door. and it was reaaaaly small.
