Parking and getting to the property quite difficult

Location is good. The city itself really hard to travel by car. It was hard to get there by car. However, once I unloaded luggage at the hotel and parked the car in the public parking, it was fine. The hotel was in the very center of the city. I liked breakfast as well. Nice family run restaurant.

The location is fabulous. Right in the centre and the view from our room was over the old town to the Tuscan countryside beyond. The breakfast and the breakfast room were lovely. We didn’t try the whirlpool and the terrace but definitely plan to return so we can try them then.

We had selected a hotel with air conditioning because it has been so hot but the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t very effective so we didn’t sleep well due to the heat. It probably needs servicing and the coolant topping up.

Lovely, spacious room in the heart of San Gimignano. Fantastic view over the square. Extremely comfortable.

A stressful drive to reach the hotel which is within the town walls. We had a large SUV vehicle which was difficult to negotiate the very narrow arch on way in. On departure, we chose to wheel our cases out on foot to carpark. Booking.com stated a free shuttle service available to and from public parking every day from 9.30 to 12.30. We asked at hotel reception & they stated this was incorrect & no such service available. Breakfast was very disappointing. Very average.

Located in one of the most popular plazas, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast every morning in an open air patio and the view from our room spectacular.

Great location in the center of San Gimignano. The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Fitness center and ping pong table were nice amenities. We did not have the breakfast or use the whirlpool so cannot comment on them, but overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Great location in the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff....with good restaurant recommendations too. Comfortable room with high ceiling and view onto the main square. You cannot park very close to the hotel, but you can drive into the square to drop your bags...so it is not a problem.

Amazing location, very kind staff, comfortable and spacious room, very good breakfast (they have gluten free products as well), cleanliness. Strongly suggest this hotel.

Everything was so great! From the little breakfast nook to the spacious rooms, we loved our stay. The location is absolutely amazing and right in the middle of town. highly recommend!
