Clean and quiet. Very peaceful by the pool. Short walk to San Gimignano.

In the heart of Tuscany, this is a really nice place to stay with beautiful panoramic view. The centre is a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly and the hotel garden is perfect for relaxing, we loved the pool.

The hotel is located outside of the city walls of San gimignano, and after a 10 minute walk you can reach the centre. The pool is large with many tanning beds. The rooms are simple but clean. The host was very friendly.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast, the room, the pool, the location and the attention. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very nice little Hotel with a nice garden an Pool. All is very clean. Breakfast is wunderfull and we felt home.

The rooms have not Air Condionair or it was not full working. It was ok but in this very hot days we would prefer to have a really good air conditionair.

This hotel is great and located in a very picturesque place, just 10min walk from the center of San Gimignano. The hotel has got a parking which is very convenient if you arrive by car. Also the cosy swimming pool is fabulous to get a day stress out! Just superb!

Nice and clean hotel. a private parking place is included in the price. The breakfast is lovely and give us the feeling to being at home.

The location was awesome, just few meters away from the town; the building itself is very nice, there is a lot of green around and having breakfast in the garden is peaceful for a good start of the day. The rooms are comfortable, no noises can be heard from the other ones; water pressure in the shower is very strong and the bed is good to sleep on. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

Great location right on the edge of the old town but on a main road so no access issues and easy parking on site. Less than 10 minutes easy walk from the centre. Lovely gardens and seating area to relax in and a pool available for earlier in the year. Small double room perfectly fine, clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom Very happy with the stay short as it was, will be looking to go back to San Gimignano and will try to stay here again.
