No mini frigidere work and don’t have microwave

It's really calm place in the outskirts of the Rome. Comfortable room with a balcony and bathroom. There is also a restaurant but we haven'y tried it. In general I do recommend for 1-2 days stay.

It would be good to have some non-sweet options for the breakfast.

breakfast isn’t made for north Europeans although dinner was perfect it was very annoying that the television was so extremely loud

We booked this guest house as it was close to bus stop. Unfortunately the bus service in frascati is none existent. Only choice then is to walk (50-60 mins) or Taxi, which is far too expensive(20euro twice daily to train station)

Breakfast is disappointing, just pastries and cereal on offer, however this seems to be a norm in places I've stayed in italy

At times I felt like I was given a favour when asking for example for a coffee 😅

air conditioning worked properly, ok view from the window, internal yard to chill

refrigerator not working in the room; smell from kitchen exhaust pipes through the room window; very awful breakfast; not welcoming staff; access to the location confusing (drove big circle around according signs); some large and noisy party on the ground floor; noisy place - roads all around the property; overall needs refurbishment (old premises)
