The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.

We have been very well welcome. The location was amazing, with a nice view on the vineyards and Roma. Any issue has been solved quickly, the room was big, comfortable, and I really advise you to take the wine dégustation ! You can easily go to Roma by metro leaving your car on a cheap parking (5km from the location). We really loved the place !

is a self contained flat. location great, staff and owners lovely. You MUST try the all natural wines. they’re great.

only slight negatives, no kettle and had to boiled water in microwave. Also the water pressure to the shower a little erratic but then it is on a hill.

Location was oh so great! The lady running the resort was suuuper nice and accomodating. The dog Achilles was great company. Wine was great too! The whole experience of living in the coutryside, cooking your own food was a great experience.

Nothing at all to dislike. The town is small and it should be noted that there arent many restaurants and markets close by and also are open for limited time during the day. Either get a car/bike for yourself or make sure to take all groceries to the resort on your way from the train station.

We LOVED staying in the outskirts of Rome. The view from our room was exceptional, the best we had on our entire trip! Rolling hills with vineyards, great sunsets and Rome in the distance! WOW! It was so nice to get fresh air every day lounging around the property. Lots of birds! Easy access to Frascati + a day trip to Tivoli. Our hostesses Mariatheresa and her daughter Giulia were so welcoming and full of good info.

Very pleasant hosts Spectacular views

The location was great and the view was really amazing; we loved the sunset. Our hosts were very accomodating. Their dog was a terrific bonus. There is no restaurant on the property for dinner but they directed us to one nearby that was convenient and delicious. We just missed the winery tour at Merumalia but they gave us complimentary wine- also delicious. We mistakingly thought we had 2 rooms but fortunately they had a single room available. There are only a few rooms and that made it even more personal. All in all we are very glad we found this little gem in Italy.

The view was spectacular .. we bought wine to take back ! We loved the dog and the owners were so nice and helpful .. and gave us a great restaurant destination in Frascati.

Everything was perfect !
