Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly & helpful hosts. Close to all amenities (seafront, attractions, shopping, etc). Ideal for a budget stay.
The property is pretty dated and not in the best socio-economic area.

Ok place to stay, not brilliant but good for this price. Parking permit to park in the streets around the hotel was provided.
Wifi didn't always work. One of the doors of the shower fell off.

Was given a family room as my son was traveling with me so we had separate beds
One window didn’t close. Bad smell in hall went entering building. People constantly out through night having smokes by the window to our room. As we were on ground floor we could smell the smoke plus noise was bad people chatting. Last night if staying one of the guests was shouting and swearing. Didn’t get much sleep on last night of staying. My bed wasn’t comfortable, however my son was very happy with his.

Very clean, professional owner I would recommend this place to family and friends as its convenient to all amenities.
The stairs, I would have preferred a room on a lower floor.

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and warm, plenty of tea and coffee. Fridge was an added bonus. In a good central location as well as being quiet. Excellent value for money, would definitely return. To park right outside was great.
The stairs may be a problem for some, but didn't bother us.

The hotel is in a great part of town . Handy for all the restaurants and bars.
No dedicated parking. Only on the road and there are parking wardens everywhere .

Nowhere to put your clothes or belongings but the room I was too small for a wardrobe are any drawers but not complain because only staying four days so not much stuff

room was clean & tidy, the bed was comfortable, tea & coffee topped up each day. the staff were very friendly and helpful, gave great advice on places to go for eating out.
Breakfast included in the price would have been a nice option.

Ease of booking with a parking permit available to park close by. Friendly, helpful staff member. Great value for money for a one off, unexpected night's stay. Close to food outlets and coast. Clean and comfortable bed. Ensuite shower and toilet facilities available.
Tight entrance to room due to unit for microwave and fridge.
