Literally booked 40mins before we were due to arrive as our other accommodation was ridiculously filthy, was met on arrival and made feel welcome and shown how everything in apartment work. Place was spotless and the location is perfect, and honestly for the price could not believe how good property was, will defo be using again when we visit

Unfortunately both showers had issues maintaining a good temperature, even when no one else was running a tap elsewhere. Not a massive issue as we were there for the weekend, however would put me off if I stayed longer.

The owner was there when we arrived showed us round the accommodation and very welcoming the place was 5 star could of not asked for more. The host went over and above to make the accommodation comfortable and everything like the basic things that u possibly forgot eg toiletries and towels were there for your stay also. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Southport.

The sofas could of been more comfortable.

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had free parking on site and it was perfect for our needs. It was a home from home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. great location for all Southport has to offer.

Bigger than expected there were 6 of us staying here, 3kids and 3 adults all stayed comfortably and the host was lovely and happy to help

The shelbourne was excellent. Just as described. The host dave qas prompt, friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

There was bread milk and orange juice when we arrived you’ve got to remember your self catering Morrison’s is a 4min walk away location is ideal nearby everything and so quiet at night time for a amazing sleep ready to for the next day

Second stay at the Shelbourne, this time in the penthouse apartment. Huge apartment with everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. Was met by Dave the owner who is great, very accommodating and flexible with check in times and gave me a little tour around the apartment telling me everything I needed to know. Everything was spot on.

Dave went above and beyond after a mistake with the booking on my part. He changed our room to accommodate my mum who s in a wheelchair and also provided a shower chair.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Shelbourne from start to finish everything was Fantastic. Great location, on site parking, Stunning Apartment lovely and clean with great space for all the family. Facilities 👌 couldn't of asked for anything more exceeded our expectations and will definitely be returning would 100% recommend. Thank you for a fabulous get away.
