Nothing at all

The location of the place was central. All the food places were near . Tahreer square was very near.

I made a booking for two persons (paid for two persons) separate room thinking that my friend would come and stay with me . But they denied and said Egyptians could not stay with non Egyptians. That's pure discrimination . They even charge 3 percent if I have to pay with a credit card. Not a single information was written about this nor in any of their emails. So yeah, if you are thinking of booking this hostel, just be careful as no one outside can visit you . Felt almost like a jail . They didn't even return my money for the second person I paid . To put in a nutshell, I would say thats their culture : not being honest, scamming people. I am sorry but I am disappointed.

The staff were really good. Downtown Cairo is very lively and a bit of a culture shock for anybody not used to it, but was enjoyable stay. The staff were the best.

The view from the top was not so good, surrounding building run down. But the room was good.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly! The cleanliness is above what you can expect in Egypt which was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect!

The wifi is weak, but it's the typical wifi that you will find in Egypt. If you want super fast internet, the option in Egypt is to get your own sim card with data

great location and nice place for short stays

We asked for a double room for me and my boyfriend and they ended up giving us a room with three beds, which was not necessary. But the bed was comfortable and people were very helpful.

There was quite a lot of noise coming from the other rooms since early in the morning.

Staff was helpful and informative. Room was spacious and had a balcony. Spacious common bathroom.

The staircase and hallway is super dirty and full of cats and rubbish. The staff smokes in the hallway. The breakfast was always the same and the kitchen was really unhygienic. WiFi was a bit temperamental at times. They charge you extra for card payment.

people were very friendly and staying there was a lot of fun. the location is great surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores and it was very clean

they messed up our booking but then gave us a discount - I wouldn’t recommend the cruise tour because it’s not worth the money, the food there is not that good
