入り口入ってすぐの所に照明があると より快適でした。 また、シャワーベッドの角度が調整できなかったため、 頭より低い場所に引っ掛け腰を曲げて利用しました。 頭より高い位置で使用すると、反対の壁に シャワー水が直撃し、洗面室の床が水で びっしょりになります。

駅から雨に濡れずに地下を行けて便利！ ビルボード大阪も地下を歩いて近いので何度も利用しています。

スタッフが皆、親切丁寧な対応でした。 梅田と心斎橋の観光だったので 立地条件はいいと思います。

近代的ではないが、何がいいかは人それぞれだと思うので。 部屋の広さも良かったし大阪駅からも近いです。 JR大阪駅からの道順は地下からより地上の方がわかりやすかったです。

很喜欢酒店整体的装饰和氛围。 酒店还有准备耳塞，非常贴心。 虽然隔音不是很好，但是到晚上对睡眠没有任何影响，而且床也很舒服。 离梅田商圈很近，出行便利。

浴室中放棉签等物品的托盘是没有清理过的状态，是被使用过的。

地點，電梯下去B1可以走進地下街，冬天很好

床墊太軟不舒適，枕頭也是欠佳支撐度不好，地板也太舊有部份不平整

The first lady who took our luggages was very kind and polite. So it gives a good impression. The lift is beautiful and the air conditioning works well, even though it falls when you touch the switch.

It is pretty dirty, on top of everything like switches, drawer, behind tv, in the bathroom, it is dirty. It can look old but be clean, it was not. And even the smell was bad, in the bathroom very bad. Also no usb, and the voltage is very low, so you need to leave your phone for a whole night to charge it. Breakfast is very expensive, the double price compared to same amount of stars hotel. It has many choices but disorganised and it looks like they want you out as soon as possible as when your plate is empty, they run to take everything from the table, so you cannot take more. Well that’s how we felt. So we took it only once. For me this hotel needs to close for work because we use things in daily life which needs to be here even if it’s old, like usb plugs, and needs a proper cleaning. Even the lamps where upside down in the room. It is far from worth its price.

Hotel is small but clean

Location is in city but not easy to access like other hotel . If you take bus or train , you still have to Walk and reach hotel after tiring day . Nothing much much around hotel .

朝食が美味しかった チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえたこと

真夜中に隣の部屋の音が気になりました。 壁が薄いのか、ガタガタや声が聞こえたこと あと、主人と息子の部屋が予想していたより狭かったのが残念でした。息子がホテルモントレ大阪に宿泊するのをとても楽しみにしていたので、その落差が大きかったみたいです。

O hotel tem uma localização aceitável, relativamente perto da estação central de Osaka. A partir desta, toda a cidade pode ser acedida. O hotel tem uma interessante capela e uma fachada arquitectónica bastante peculiar e original. Os quartos são bastante aceitáveis e a relação qualidade-preço é ótima.

Pode ser algo confuso aceder, pela primeira vez, ao hotel. Existem caminhos que não são tão certeiros e que podem fazer com que o acesso ao hotel seja mais difícil. Em todo o caso, volvidas as primeiras 24 horas, qualquer pessoa já encontrará diferentes formas de aceder ao hotel com maior velocidade e clareza.

A bit close to the train track. Rooms are a little dated and could do with renovations.

Had two rooms for family with teens, triple room was surprisingly big for a Japanese hotel, so they had enough space with suitcases. We didn't use the hotel restaurant but 2 cafes just outside the front. Location was only like 600m from Osaka station via underground walkway exit 6-30 from the Metro/JR Umeda station Level B1 (a maze in itself!!!).

Nothing stopping us from staying again.... Being very picky, shower heads were either blasting stream or a fog, that's about it really!

The hotel is closed the Osaka JR station. The breakfast was very good.

Because of the location near to the train station, we hear the noise of the train. Moreover, the corridors are not very soundproof.

Located near Osaka Station. Staff friendly. Facilities very clean. Starbucks right outside for morning coffee.

Booked a Triple Room which was advertised to fit up to 6 people (3 max adults). Booked this room for two adults, a 15 year old, and a 12 year old. The room only has three single beds which realistically does not fit four (including one child) comfortably.

for business it is quite convenient since it is located in the Umeda.

facilities are old and very limited. there are limited electricity sockets on the table and zero by the bedside. I could not locate the light switch for the room so I had to remove the key card to turn out the light before bed.
