Breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruits!

What i want to mention is Mukesh- Resort Manager has helped me walking extra mile. i had almost missed the flight port moresby to sydney as a connecting flight to port moresby was cancelled.i could only make it to australia because of Mukesh's kind help. He is an asset to any Team. Heartfelt Thank you again to him

The resort forgot to pick up me from Airport . only after making the call from Airport transport arrived . i was standing alone for more than an hr.But resort not only acknowledged the mistake but also apologiesed . They made up for that by many lovely jestures. i am sure they have taken note of the incident to avoid it in future.

Definitely the location and its proximity to town and shopping center. Catering staff were very nice and pleasant.

The beach was dirty which was disappointing considering it was a good spot for swimming. Secondly there was only one wifi code provided which is for only one device and we weren't informed about it upon check in, we only found out when we enquired at the reception why the other guest was not able to connect to the wifi. We were told that they'd provide another token but they never did. Lastly even when two guests were booked into the executive Bangalow there was only one towel provided in the room so abit dissappointing as they should know that the booking was made for 2 guests with a child.

The meals were very good with a good choice of food with helpful and happy staff. The location was very peaceful with it's private footpath to the beach and beautiful views overlooking the volcanoes.

Facilities were good. Massage Spa was excellent.

House keeping ladies haven't changed bed shirts & quilt for past 5 nights...using same.. Also, the fish chicken fillet was not as expected when there is sufficient fresh fish supplies everyday.

The property is very clean and accessible to shops and town

Our bungalow was very comfortable and we had a great day out on the excursion that we booked through the hotel. The lunchtime and evening meals were tasty. We appreciated the complimentary airport transfer and shuttle service.

Breakfast was a little disappointing and the restaurant service in general was quite slow (but friendly!)

The food was amazing especially dinner... I love how we could walk down to the beach to catch the sunset.

The tropical Breakfast that was complimentary wasn’t much. You should include a complementry hot breakfast. Room we were given had no privacy. We requested to move and they told us they would move us the next day but didn’t.

The staff in the resturant were very slow to serve you even though it was not busy. Sometimes you wondered if they even new if you were there.

Great place and amazing location. Very comfortable. Incredible scenery, dolphins everywhere, lots to explore, food was nice.

The apartment room had an open window with no blinds meaning the outside could see in, which was not nice.

SEAFOOD, was great and the balcony gives a fantastic view of the sunset..
