The view was breathtaking and the location was convenient
The outside of the building, the yard and the terrace is not well kept.

There was no Wi-Fi in our room.
The water flow in the shower was very weak

The staff was very accommodating to our needs as a family with young children. The room was very spacious, much bigger than the pictures showed. They were very helpful to return some items i forgot-thank you! There are a nice details to the hotel, pieces of art, and places to relax outside your room.

The outdoor space was over gown but perhaps this changes in the high season.

Margaritta was wonderful. The room had a breathtaking view. It was easy to go to the town of Bolsena to shop and sightsee. The dinner was delicious.

The location is incredible as our room and the restaurant have I credible views over the lake.
The hotel director was incredibly sweet and kind.

Spacious room and very cordial hospitality by the lady at the reception!

Our room was lovely and the views over the lake were stunning. We appreciated the help with storing our bikes and the nice breakfast - again with stunning views.

Room was good - but: toilets do not work properly in the house! :-(
Excuse was: "it's an old building....").
Location is good, unfortunatley the restaurant was closed on (Monday).

Incredible location overlooking Lake Bolsena, with a view that simply can't be beaten. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed by the quality. The staff are extremely kind and the rooms individually decorated, giving the place a lot of charm.
The rooms are a little aged, though everything was very clean. Be aware that there are a lot of narrow stairs and no lift to rooms on the lower floors, though we were offered help with our luggage.

Likewise from the restaurant. Very friendly owner and a very good restaurant. Large room and comfortable bed

In the bathroom there was a smell of drains. If the windows are left open then mosquitoes will enter

This is one of the best places to enjoy the lake view. The staff is very helpfull, especially the owner Margherita who offered to pick us up on a Sunday when there was no bus from a village 30 mins drive away
