Green slime in shower rose, broken soap pump, no sink in kitchenette, dodgy neighbours living in motel rooms, very old dish brush

I liked the balcony outside the room, which had a small table and 2 chairs but no views from our balcony, just a whole lot of different motels around us. The beach was a couple of feet away from the location, but you couldn't see it from the room we stayed in.
There was a little table outside on the balcony, which was still dirty from the last guests. It still had coffee cup rings and was dusty as well.

The room was warm as it had a heat pump. It was walking distance to the shops as well.
Dated and tired, run down. Tiny space and kitchenette even smaller. Couch was uncomfortable.
No hairdryer in the room. Bathroom had open shower so everything got wet. Generally not an enjoyable stay.

It was a small cramped room with nowhere to put our cases. The bathroom was huge and cold with a louvre window that didn't shut and had no curtain,no heater and no extractor. The room only had a cheap small noisy fan heater, although the weather was cold. The kitchen area was quite cramped.

Location was good. You can easily walk into town and the beach.
Room had a small kitchen with small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils, tea, coffee etc.
Bathroom with a large spa bath, towels, shampoo, soaps and hairdryer.
Comfortable beds, couch and 2 x chairs, small table, air con and Sky TV.
We had a small balcony overlooking pool and car park.
Milk given to us on arrival.
Car park was very small.
Carpets and chairs had big stains.
Top cover on bed had some stains but sheets and pillows were clean.
Pool was small and only allowed 1 family at a time, limited to 45 mins.

We booked the two storey apartment here at the last minute based on the favourable reviews however we’re left disappointed. The place needs updating and lacked fans or air con in the bedroom which is downstairs. The room wasn’t cleaned well before we arrived which resulted in ants in the kitchen from food scraps on the stove. Owner was unapologetic when I called to complain and implied it was us. Also note that the bedroom is next to the pool which despite having set hours will be opened by the owners outside of the set times as we found out by the noise early in the morning. Again owners unapologetic and implied we should be up already. Not impressed and will not be back here it was not worth the price paid.

I liked the pictures on the internet….reality was much different
Bathroom door was broken had no latch to keep it shut and the room smellled so bad I had to open windows when I walked in the carpet was rotten the kitchen cabinets were swollen everything old musty not properly cleaned not worth what we paid stayed 30 mins and asked for a refund was met with hostility and shown another room which was equally bad

I've stayed here before this time so different now there is new owners. Owners were nice people I just didn't like the room downstairs as I feel they need to open it more often to circulate the air in the room as it smelt mouldy .
Asked for another room to stay in that will cost more .

Sam was super friendly when we arrived. The room was nice and clean and the heated pool was a great bonus!
