I requested single beds lucky I was sharing with my daughter.

The privacy . The space of apartment. The cleanliness and how it was when kitted out with all we needed.

Secluded, relaxing and homely. Really pet friendly!

It was very homely and spacious and allowed dogs you don't need to bring anything they have a full kitchens including stove tops, BBQ and mini fridge, bath and separate shower bed is a super king fully opening doors that open to a small balcony.

An Electric blanket would be nice option to have. They also have a very steep and tight driveway to get to your accommodation we didn't mind it though.

Lovely setting in the bush and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfy. Jan was brilliant.

Lovely set up. Green outlook. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable with everything we needed.

At check in we arrived a little early and fully appreciated we may have to wait for our room, which we did. We did not mind this at all, however the staff member gave us a vibe that we were being impatient/in her way - it was as if she felt hassled by us and therefore forgot the basic niceties of a welcome!!! She was nice enough and gave us all the information we needed however tended to 'bark' the instructions/rules at us - rules put in place due to parties held/mess left by previous clients. We are intelligent people, can read policies/procedures, expect them and understand why they are there, we don't need to be barked at like naughty school kids!

Pretty setting. Has huge potential ..

No heat pump, very cold with the little electric fin heater. Plastic toiletseat was deeply scratched and split at the front. Only one towel and one tea towel for 2 nights ,3 days.! Dirty coffee table , sticky with food and crumbs..

“Getting in trouble” for using too many appliances ( cook top and a heater) and causing a power cut in the unit, normally this would go unnoticed but being “told off “for charging mobile phones ( when we were not )didn’t impress us Having to justify why we brought 2 cars ( instead on one) and having to rush like crazy to get there before 5pm after receiving a phone call saying they would be shut at 5pm. Our check in time was emailed to us as confirmed between 5pm-6pm. The mosquito or air freshener spray in the downstairs room - horrific for allergies and asthma Having to wash food off pots prior to use , not nice

No spa (fair enough with Covid)

It was very pet friendly, so we were extremely happy that our dog could be accommodated with us. The facilities were nice and clean, had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, bathroom amenities and towels. We hired both apartments next to eachother, and the barricade was taken off so we could walk through on the deck, which meant our dog wasn’t restricted to one area. It was nice and private, surrounded by a lot of trees which was nice to take our dog on a walk around.

Nothing, everything was perfect for our family’s short stay 😁

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a great stay! So nice being able to take the pooch with us!

The upstairs bed was wonderful - Adult 1 had a wonderful sleep...

Adult who slept downstairs did not enjoy their sleep at all - thought there was a downstairs double but there was three very soft singles. Great for a kids but not for an adult man who was good enough to let me sleep upstairs in the massive bed. I should have questioned this at the time of booking ... Did not make for a happy camper!

Avoid this hotel due to dishonest and abusive trading practices. Shouted at by the incredibly rude owner upon arrival due to accidently driving past reception. Took payment and then after this informed us of hot tub being indefinitely closed. Owner agreed to full refund but then charged $57.50 cleaning fee for less than 1 hour in room.
