Nice rooms and great locationp

Location was perfect, we were greeted warmly on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic!

Location was excellent. Was lucky enough to get one of the downstairs seaview rooms. Highly recommend this for families.

clean tidy and handy to everything

We booked a three bedroom apartment and received a three bedroom apartment, not a "2 bedroom + beds in the lounge" deal like some other places have so that was fantastic. The owner at reception was lovely, rooms were a fantastic size too.

No designated carparks/not enough, can't park on the roadside as that is all limited time parking. Only being provided 7 * 15mL milk pots. 105mL is not enough milk for 4 adults to add into a hot drink each. 200mL minimum would be more appreciated. Other hotels provide a small square carton of milk which is roughly 250mL and much more appreciated. Also only having 4 hot chocolate sachets. No hotel ever has enough.

Great location - close to the water and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We were in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was great value for money. It was a spacious apartment and the rooms were neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean and the room service with towel change over was everyday which was awesome for us.

Nothing really. Beds were a bit short but we are tall people so can’t really help that.

the rooms were spacious with everything you needed. Ruth was very helpful and upgraded our room to one with sea views. they were clean with plenty of hot water, good showers and crisp cotton bedding

The owners are friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room is very clean, has all the necessities and some great deck furniture for sitting outside and watching the water.

all walls dirty and paint work needed decorating throughout lino floor very badly stained throughout kitchen appliances very old should have been on the tip window in kitchen area was very badly painted out window seemed to be a corridor window bed uncomfortable pillows were badly stained blankets stained duvet inner very old covered with sheet sheets were clean bathroom fan not working water scolding hot should have been set to a safe level toilet seat dirty could tell wasn't taken off to be cleaned correctly striplight with shade in kitchen area full of dead flies tv kept going off glass dining table glass not secured on top no air con or ceiling fans found very old fan in cupboard but not enough sockets to plug in

Great location, easy couple of minute walk to restaurants and ferry to Russell.

Our 3 bedroom (ground/under floor) was tired and in need of some tlc.

Excellent, well equipped facility. A motel that provides handee towel in kitchen and cotton wool in bathroom 8s thinking about finer detail. Also perfectly clean. We've stayed in higher rated accommodation that didn't have same standard of cleanliness

The motel is getting on in age and shows a little. Sheer curtains for ground level, ,street facing unit needed as as no privacy from pedestrian traffic on street.
