Location - less than 10 mins walk from the place Jourdan and 10 mins from European institutions

A pleasant space in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the large and beautiful Cinqenntaire park.
European institutions can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The room was bright and cozy, the bathroom was of a decent size.
The owner is very pleasant. The price is acceptable
The stairs to the upper floors are very narrow and there is no elevator, so it is not for people with reduced mobility. It would be great if there was a kettle in the room so that the guest could prepare coffee or tea. It is not a big investment, but it would significantly improve the offer and atmosphere.

Quiet, clean and pretty place, 10 min walk to EU institutions - Laurent is a caring and flexible host who ensures that everything about your stay work well.

Welcoming and friendly host, who speaks at least 5 languages, this bed and breakfast is located near a huge park and the area has fabulous restaurants. Very quiet area but still in very short walking distance to next Underground/Metro. In the house and it's rooms everything is of absolute top quality, from beds and bathrooms to even the coffee ☕ and the shampoo 🧴. Highly recommended !

our host, Laurant, was so friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were clean, quiet and the option breakfast was delicious and peaceful.
the room got very hot, as it was unseasonably warm and there was no air conditioning.

Location is great if you need to be close to basically any EU building. Room was clean, minimalistic (in a very good way) and the host was super helpful and nice!

The owners were great and very caring. The place is very nicely located. Everything is clean and cozy.
Some of the equipment needs a little maintenance. Just minor things though like towel hangers in the bathroom.

I loved the airy green feel of the place. my room was the petit room but felt spacious and was nicely designed with a desk too. great shower. breakfast area was really welcoming and host is super friendly. the location is lovely right beside the park and less than ten mins from place jourdan.
nothing. it’s worth noting that the reception isn’t constantly open as it’s just a townhouse so you should give an accurate time of arrival but this worked well for me.

Complementary water bottle, tea, coffee and even waffles. Warm welcome and kind owner. Great location near to Schuman area and Merode.
Room is very clean and comfy bed. Hand soap and shampoo are provided.
Rooms can be cleaned everyday.
In the room Rez (ground floor) you could hear people passing next to the room in the street and people above walking from one side to another of their room. A bit unconfortable if you want privacy and silence. But nothing that the owners could do about it.

Great host, Laurent was very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast, was continental with plenty of choice which was refilled until you finished. Very clean, modern and welcoming throughout the B&B. Location is ideal, near two little areas for food and drinks and only 30 - 40 walk to city centre.
