Las instalaciones y todo excelente.
El desayuno termina muy temprano y el agua de la alberca muy muy fria.

Todo el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están muy limpias. Y para realizar cualquier trámite con el consulado todo está cerca, se llega caminando y en caso de no querer caminar el hotel te da trasporte
Me hubiera gustado que la alberca tuviera un poco de sombra ya que el sol estaba muy fuerte para los niños

El servicio de recepción es muy bueno,restaurante esta bien,limpieza esta bien,pero me encanto la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores
La musica que ponen por la noche en el area de alberca,bueno me toco piso 2 y batañlaba para dormir un poco.

Location is perfect for the US Consulate. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you don’t even have to cross the street. Everything you need is essentially next door. The breakfast was also really delicious. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was also convenient.

Locations and common areas are nice.
The pool area is terrible, looks like it is under construction. Too much noise in the room from the outside. There wasn't hot water in our shower.

It was all plastic and styrofoam plates for breakfast, lots of waste and hated having coffee in styrofoam cup!

The staff was very professional and cortues. Always made feel very welcomed and was eager to resolve any questions or any issues you had.
The breakfast was excellent, flavourful and great price.
The proximity to the American Consulate, Medical Clinics, Biometrics and nearby plaza was perfect.
The pool area was under remodel which created dust and could not sit outside to enjoy the rest of the hotel

Everything was great except for the water in the shower it took a long time to get it warm. Hot water comes and goes. Other than that, it was good. Food and services was good staff were very helpful.

The staff was friendly upon arrival, especially Martin. The hotel was clean and constantly tended to. The food served was delicious. The staff always had a smile when giving us breakfast. The rooms were well planned and clean. Being close to the Consulate, great shopping and great restaurants nearby was a plus.
Our room faced the pool and though the weather did not permit the pool from being used, the music that was played daily, all day long (though no one was out there) was loud and was hard to tolerate while in ones room during the day.

This hotel is in the perfect spot you are walking distance from the consulate and the medical exams! Which is perfect if youre a little nervous about getting taxis the hotel also offers free transportation to local shopping centers! La plaza missions is close to the hotel and has amazing food! Overall the stay was great!
The breakfast was my only complaint… it was not the best but uber eats was our go to when we were at this hotel!
