Cozy studio in Davis for you and your pet
Studio spacieux et confortable (~ 500 m²) avec kitchenette entièrement équipée, salle de bain spacieuse et grand patio privé, entièrement clôturé et aménagé. Le code du clavier est indiqué dans les instructions "Enregistrement automatique", mais n'hésitez pas à contacter Sam au 410-961-3870 si nécessaire. Lovely quiet place, loved it!
Great host very easy to deal with, nice comfortable well-kept studio close to lovely walking trail, had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Would love to stay here again. Thank you, Sam!

This was the perfect place to spend the night with our dogs on our way from phoenix to portland. The secure enclosed backyard was exactly what we were looking for. Self check-in / check-out was a breeze. Thanks!

Small but perfectly formed
I was very impressed with this place. I wish I'd seen the bathroom back when I was thinking about remodeling my house so that I could have copied it. There was a minor issue with the microwave, but the owner and his partner were very responsive and helpful.
