It was close to everything we needed
We booked 2 twin rooms & they were tiny, with no wardrobes, just a rack over one of the beds which If you hung clothes would mean they would be hanging down over your face as you slept

The location was convenient and it provided a decent place to rest and wash for an affordable price.
My biggest issue was that there is NO CAR PARKING. You have to park at Westfield which costs around £20 to park for over 24 hours. It's also around a 20 min walk, which caused us to be extremely late for an event. This is not what is explained in their Q&A of the Booking.com and other areas which states there's overnight/street parking and it's free at the weekend.
I tried to feed this back to the staff about how they should update their website and they gave me an extremely patronising response by nodding his head repeatedly and dramatically saying "yes, yes, I understand" and dismissed me as if they hadn't caused us extra stress.
The room was facing the sun all morning so extremely hot. The bed in our room (double and a single) was absolutely not a double bed, but a three quarter size.
The staff were extremely rude, not at all welcoming and had no understanding of safety. They also gave my friend a master room key to retrieve a coat she had left behind, and she could have entered any of the guests rooms with it.
They also never answer the phone, so we had to spend a lot of time parking temporarily, walking to the venue to ask about parking, then walking back to move it to Westfield.
The shower temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold and the room did smell slightly damp due to lack of ventilation from the shower.
They only gave us one room key for three guests.

It was reasonably clean and kind of new for bathroom. It was in a good location.
But it was super basic and crowded

We loved our stay very much.

Friendly service, room was equipped with main things such as tv, hair dryer, kettle etc. Somewhere cute to stay. I would stay again considering I had a couple issues with the room. Good value for money in London
Bathroom wall tiles were dirty & covered in hair, shower door was broken, shower head isn’t attached to the wall so you have to hold it to wash.

property was great, customer service was friendly and able to address need. It is very close to local transportation, food places and shops.
The shower head could do with a upgrade as the pressure wasn’t amazing. The property has many stair which can be difficult for people with mobility issues

The location was very good
Couldn't see where breakfast was served as reception area usually closed. I would have had breakfast maybe once or twice
The connection between staff and guests though they did interact well if I spoke to them about my delivery or forgot my entrance card but the reception was usually closed.
The cleaner didn't seem to have had much training in housekeeping and guest relations
Cleaning was fairly adequate but sporadic but that was partly our fault as we had a lot of luggage and different members of our family using the room on different days and left the room messy most days.

Good location, good value for money
Customer service was poor. There is smell in the reception and corridors. The rooms are different and smaller than in pictures

Worst hotel I've stayed at in London. Cleanliness is non-existent, the owner was only seen at check-in, so it became impossible to confront, ask for explanations as to why during the night the fire alarm had sounded twice (literally making us jump out of bed). Heating was not always going, easy to find bags of garbage outside the room.
Obviously I will never go back there again.

An easy walk to Hammersmith and Riverside Studios.
The door handle to the bathroom was loose but there was no one to report this to the next day as we checked out.

Was in a good location to Shepherd’s Bush tube, shopping areas, getting in and out of London. The beds were comfortable, had Wifi, TV worked, friendly staff. we got to check in early than 2pm, leave our bags in the hotel on day of checkout, until we were ready to leave.
Our room was very dirty, dust everywhere, chewing gum stuck on the wall, bathroom with hairs in the sink, shower, dirt on the walls, mini fridge was not cleaned, fan was dusty (outside, inside), mugs, tray were dirty, lamps were not cleaned, (covered in dust), the shelves between the beds were broken, the cupboard were the fridge was in, door was broken, no tea available in the room, only coffee. Having brought my family there from Ireland for the weekend, was quite disappointed in the room not being cleaned properly, we had to buy wipes and bleach and clean everything.

good location for my needs. nice man on front desk.
ground floor room with windows/doors to outside that did not open so room was very stuffy and could not get any fresh air in the room. the bath mat was not a bath mat, it was a door mat - the kind you cannot wash. the most unhygienic thing I have ever seen in a hotel. when I am paying more than 70 GBP for a one-night stay, I expect a proper bath mat that is washable and clean.

Needed the room for an overnight stay during the train strike. It was functional for one night.
TV did not work.
1.5 / 5.0
location only for venue
not interpersonal on arrival
my room:
hair dryer didn’t work. overhead bulb needed replacing. remote control sellotaped couldn’t use it
previous linen left in my hallway to room. doors need wd40 ridiculous all so squeaky noise wise.
no coffee in room
unfortunate person In the next room was ridiculously loud from 4 am on a voice call not your fault but a nuisance as it completely ruined my sleep for the night lack of reception presence on exit this morning also to state these facts
