SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Atterrissage Hatteras. HATTERAS SEADUCTION vous offrira une vue imprenable, un style méditerranéen et un décor personnalisé. Détendez-vous dans la piscine privée avec bain à remous pour 8 personnes, ou jouez dans la salle de jeux avec table de billard, baby-foot, télévision et kitchenette équipée avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur sous comptoir, micro-ondes et table pour le petit-déjeuner. Aussi à ce niveau, vous trouverez un demi-bain pratique pour des courses rapides à partir de la plage ou de la piscine et une chambre des maîtres queen avec 32 "TV à écran plat. Passez au niveau intermédiaire de la maison pour 4 autres chambres, dont 2 suites royales avec télévision à écran plat de 81 cm et jacuzzi, vues sonores et accès au pont. Mais le niveau supérieur est "molto bello" avec des sols en marbre personnalisés partout et des curseurs sur les deux côtés ouest et est pour vous permettre de profiter des vues panoramiques du son et des magnifiques vues sur l'océan. Il y a une salle à manger et deux coins salons séparés avec des canapés en cuir et une télévision 50 ", DVD. Ensuite, il y a la cuisine somptueuse que tout chef aimerait. Pour un peu de temps calme, aventurer l'escalier circulaire en fer forgé à la salle de la tour avec balcon privé donnant sur la marina. We are local here to the island and rented this for family and for us to have a staycation, it was amazing

This property was in a great location. Easy beach access, plenty of space. The only thing I could suggest is the comforters on the beds need replaced and the whole house had sand all over all the floors. My sons white socks were black by within 10 minutes of wearing them. It’s a beach house, I get it. Sand everywhere. A couple crockpots in the kitchen would be nice also. Other than those little things, we had a great time!

This property was in a great location. Easy beach access, plenty of space. Great Seaside Escape
Spent a week there and loved it!

I was upset on the condition of the house when we first arrived. Email confirmation said that the house was ready. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still there. They left a few mins later and there was no evidence that actual cleaning took place. You could see it instantly when you walked in the house. The floors were filthy and the house didn't have a "clean" smell. In the time of COVID, you would expect extra cleaning, as the company said they were doing. The property manager office was "busy" and didn't return our call into the next morning. A new crew came later that day and cleaned. We liked the house though. First floor has a bedroom with 1.5 baths. Pool table and foosball table. Second floor had four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Third pool held the kitchen, dining room and living room. When we arrived, we thought the second floor was warm. We contributed that from us moving stuff into the house from the cars. Well day two, we figured out that the AC was busted. Took another day (day 3) for someone to come check it out to confirm that it was broke. The company brought in three window units to keep the house cool until the AC could be repaired. Day 4 AC was replaced. So half way through the week and we finally got everything resolved. Not really how I imagined spending half my vacation. Great location. You can walk to the marina and the ferry terminal to Ocracoke. There are a number of shops close by.

Dislikes: Bathroom shower curtains and tile were very soap scummed and moldy. Months of not being cleaned properly. We had to do our own cleaning prior to bathing in the showers. No hot water for several DAYS until maintenance could check it out and maintenance it. Take your bug spray... mosquito infested area!

Likes: Close to beach with easy access. Nice neighborhood. Across street from shopping, restaurant, ferry and boat marina. House is very roomy with decent floor plan. Lots of bathrooms. Having washer and dryer was convenient. Swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and foosball made a perfect vacation for kids and adults!
Dislikes: Bathroom shower curtains and tile were very soap scummed and moldy. Months of not being cleaned properly. We had to do our own cleaning prior to bathing in the showers. No hot water for several DAYS until maintenance could check it out and maintenance it. Take your bug spray... mosquito infested area!
