The tv did not work-sound, no picture. The headboard, attached to the wall and not the bed, fell of the wall in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Needless to say, that was very startling. The mattresses were covered with plastic covers. I completely understand for sanitation purposes. However, even just rolling over in the bed, was extremely loud.

The location is pretty amazing! The hotel is very simple with no frills but it was just enough! The price point is fantastic and we didn’t need fancy!
The dealt with some ants and had a shower that didn’t drain properly, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t work through! 😁 It was still a great place! I would love to see a dresser of some sort. There isn’t much space at all for storing clothing.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are clean, bright and easily accessed, with enough room to accommodate all our fishing gear. They have grills, picnic area and a fish cleaning station. They are only a couple of mins from the Headboat. We went following a hurricane so the first couple of days there was flooding on the island but not at Seagull, which was great!!!
The beds in the room we stayed in this time could stand to be replaced, nothing horrible just a little worn and early check in comes with a fee,. Other than that, there's really nothing I didn't like.

Apparently rooms are for smokers. the room next to ours had smokers and our room filled with smoke. Disgusting.

spacious rooms, comfortable beds, super close to the ocean/beach. beach is wide and does not feel crowded even during high season.
room floor was a little sandy but there's really not much that can be done about that.

Access to the beach was great. Room itself was clean and comfortable.
Our stay was colored by our confusion that there was no office or personnel onsite, so we had no idea about how to check in. We finally figured it out, but were totally unfamiliar with this kind of arrangement. The super thin walls that allowed us to hear every sound from the adjoining room also made it very unpleasant for us, although this was not the fault of the people staying in that room.

Well I like the fact it was on the beach and almost across the street from my relatives so that was pretty good
The lamp shades need cleaning there's one burner on the stove that is not quite right the toilet runs 24/7 and the bathtub plug gets stuck closed and the bathtub fills up with water and you got to sit there and hold it open to get it to drain but besides that it was pretty nice
