Lovely hotel in great position 5/10 min walk from beach and close to all the bars and restaurants

You had to pay to hire a fridge which I felt was pretty bad for a 3 star hotel. They need to clean up round the pool area more as lots of wasps around! Someone’s lunch was still sitting out in the sun when we went back out for dinner that evening

The barman really made the hotel such a lovely man and really made the stay special

The rooms are a bit dated, the aircon was awfully noisy on a night and the bathroom would also randomly flush throughout. Lunch was nice the sandwiches were super tasty, but the dinner menu was a lot less with the pizza being completely burnt on the bottom. We were also supposed to have a taxi booked by the hotel to leave for the airport however they never booked it so we almost missed our flight but thankfully we were able to call one on the street down, really disappointing end to the holiday.

Everything.Pool was not in operation, food was terrible, hotel was old and weather beaten.lost all my money even though didnt stay there.Room was small and balcony had no table and had ants running around all over it.Had to ask put a fridge in which did in all fairness.Not a pleasant experience for a holiday.Moved to a new hotel which i must say was fantastic for little bit more had everything this place didnt.

Nice warm and friendly welcome on arrival and staff were very friendly throughout the time of my stay. Location is a short walking distance from the main street and beach. Lots of fantastic walks nearby too. Hotel is largely quiet and the bar closes at a reasonable hour so even when the restaurant/bar is busy it is not disturbing. I stayed in off season so outside area/pool was not in use (weather and temperature didn't allow anyway!) Would stay here again and would recommend to others - great value for money.

on arrival we received a Friendly reception , staff from cleaner to chef all also very friendly and enough English spoken to make things comfortable. Owner Oscar was very entertaining and his passion for music is clear. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, bed comfortable, shower powerful and hot, even a radiator to dry clothes when (like for me) it rained. Parking on street always available nearby . Breakfast plentiful with wide choice of cheese and cold meats eggs and fruit juice . Self service coffee machine. Centre and beach a short walk away Decent view from balcony on both sides (not facing similar high rise block).

Pool empty and pool space closed so no chilling around that area but that’s due to time of year. Nothing else negatives to worry about.

Wow what a hotel! We had the most amazing trip, from the moment we walked through the door Oscar and his staff made us feel like family. We were lucky enough to try the new menu from their new chef which has some fantastic modern tapas (the calamari bao bun is amazing!) as well as some staples (great padron peppers) and (following on from previous reviews) the pool is being refurbished for the new season. The breakfasts were amongst the best continental breakfasts we’ve had with freshly baked pastries every day, fresh fruit and cheese. We were also treated to live soul music on our first night and flamenco on our last. I’d give it 11/10 if I could!

Very little, if being picky the rooms are on the small side, but still well maintained, perfectly clean and all named after musicians, we were in Sam and Dave.

Very friendly staff. They try everything to make your stay comfortable. The meals are very good and delicious. I cannot confirm bad reviews about the food, as the cook seems to be quite new and the reviews old. The room is equipped in a good standard and very well designed. Free parking is available at the street. I really loved the friendly and nice atmosphere.

Some very little details are not perfectly maintained in the room, but that's not really a matter. Sometimes it's a little bit loud and you can hear the other people in the other rooms.

Lovely hotel with welcoming manager. Room was perfect with a very spacious balcony.

I really liked the staff, excellent service and always with a smile. Thanks to Alessandro for allowing me to check in early without charging a fee. Thanks to Miguel who hang out with me around the pool.. You are the beautiful faces of Mallorca and thanks to you I will be back!

Breakfast and the BBQ were lovely. The atmosphere was nice. It was a homely place and even though there was nice music in background at the pool, you couldnt hear a thing from the bedrooms. It was a relaxed place and quiet around the area. The hotel is tastefully decorated. Arty and quirky. Lovely place. Beds are comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. They couldnt do enough for us.

Nothing to report really. Perhaps the size of the shower and bathroom area was small and nowhere really to hang towel, but it was fine really. Even though the shower was small, the water didnt leak onto floor or anything
