I had the penthouse room..... Great hosts.....nice simple but very comfortable room .....HUGE terrace ....I haven't slept this well in a long time. I liked staying here

I don't mind walking up to the 7th floor....it's free exercise ;-)...... But the Wifi reception is atrocious....should be an easy fix?!

Great located guesthouse, a great family run bar downstairs with large spacious rooms and great views of the city. Owners were great, and happy to help with anything we needed. Rooms were very clean and no real issues to note!

The location is good. The view from the room is nice.

The AC didn't work. It was dirty. The host charged us 3% more for some bank tax which is not said anywhere when you're booking. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

No room service, no daily cleaning provided. Aircon could not cool the entire room but needed a curtain in the 'penthouse'

Great location near river and lots of restaurants nearby. Short 10min walk to palace. Great value for money, we had 3 double beds, air con, en suite for 25 dollars per night. Good restaurant aswell attached. If you are looking for a simple, cheap place to stay then this is great.

Great location, great big room. Nice bar downstairs with good crowd of fine gentlemen enjoying drinks almost every night. Nice manager also.

Didn't receive my change back after paying for certain things. It happened a couple of times so it wasn't an accident. These things are hardly ever just mistakes.

Excellent staff. Good food and service

Location is great, short walk to Riverside and good restaurants and bars. but the owner, Simon so friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable tuk tuk on hand to take you wherever you want to go.

No breakfast but that is not an issue because so many other restaurants including La Croisette and Henrys close by. Simon makes great coffee an said he may offer breakfast in future as well.

Nice area, nice staff, clean room.

Breakfast not included but there are a number of nearby eating places both local and European. Guesthouse is next to a market and almost on riverside with nearby local attractions. The rooms have all the usual amenities and are reasonably priced at the moment.

The market being next door can be a bit noisy some mornings
