Hi! The water in the bathroom of Room 32 did not drain. There was more than an inch of water while showering. That is the only reason you got a 7 overall.
Lobby seating is not very suitable for people with disabilities. In general, when people come in tired, especially after along journey, they need to sit. A large empty lobby expanse may look beautiful but hardly hospitable!

Excellent hotel. Good facilities & food. Helpful staff.
Metro work going on right in front of hotel all along Sholinganallur. Makes it a traffic horror to commute to & from this place. This is not the hotel’s fault of course.

Breakfast is good and tasty. Front office staff mr senthil is nice person with good attitude.
Check in time and check out is not at all comfortable. Has to pay check in additional charges 50 percent of the cost just for 4 hours early check in which is exhorbitant.

Had some stupid interaction with one of the duty manager - Praveen Kala - he doesn’t value customer satisfaction - this is w r t room door locked for no reason …. Strange

otherwise this is an excellent hotel, we enjoyed our stay well with family.Due to chennai metro work this hotel looks ok.
dinner and breakfast is very good
All their workers must be treated well, i saw a worker with torn shirt.

Morning Buffet was very poor and very low spread their live counter was the worst taking more than 30mins and no proper counts

Staff are very helpfull, room very clean, well equiped and comfortable.
There were a few meetings going on while we were there, which prevented us from using the bar areas, we had to go to the restaurant if we wanted a drink. Plus we were told we would get better rates if we booked direct, but found the rooms cheaper on Booking.com.

Baby food , baby milk , i could order with customization. I could ensure hygiene for my baby while away from home.
In room dinner i ordered this time , north indian dishes , it was so yummy, the way I had expected it to be.
Only on the day of checkout , morning time, some different chef was there, so the baby food (khichdi) couldn't be prepared well, first time salty, second time half cooked .
But on the night of our checkin day, dinner & baby food were awsome .
