The view in our room! A big window facing the sea! We never get bored of looking outside the window! It is unbeatable! The room is very spacious. Staff is very kind! A special thanks to Kosugi who took good care of us during dinner for our 2 nights stay. We love the outdoor onsen too!

we stayed in a deluxe washitsu room with fully-wide ocean view. it was absolutely gorgeous!! the staff were very friendly and relaxed, made us very comfortable there.

We were treated so well here by the lovely staff from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We didn’t realize that dinner options would be limited in the surrounding area, so we hadn’t booked dinner, but luckily we were able to book at the last minute when we checked in (note: the dinner was lovely, and we recommend that anyone who stays here pre-book the dinner!). The facilities were as they look in the photos, but we particularly liked the terrace overlooking the sea. The views were top notch! When it isn’t lunch time, guests are allowed to use the terrace, which is such a bonus! They even allowed us to take our own bottle of bubbles out to the terrace (after they kindly agreed to chill the bottle for us when we arrived earlier in the day to leave our bags). The room was spacious with a magnificent view of the sea, and the onsen baths were clean and well-stocked. Definitely this is a place to return to for the view, the relaxing atmosphere, the nice food, and that terrace. However what stood out the most for us was the wonderful and accommodating staff.

The food was plentiful and enjoyed by all. The hotel room had a beautiful view. Enjoyed the bath on two separate occasions. The entire party was satisfied.

Perhaps the serving of food could have been organized slightly better. Some delay was observed.

The room is quite old it seems, the sofa looked a little dirty. There was also a cap under the bed, which looked like it had been there for a long time

The pick up driver was very kind. I told him that was my first time traveling to Wakayama and he introduced me many interesting things. Onsen bath room is so amazing, I was seeing stars and the lighthouse at night while relax in outdoor hot water pool. You can visit 淡島加太temple and see hundreds of Japanese dolls and small figures.

The location for taking Onsen with the sea view is perfect for anyone who enjoy Onsen. The location is peachful and refreshing.

Hotel is a bit old and some little garbage in the room trashcan was not fully taken out before checking in but not that much trouble.
