Beautiful place with spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is very family orientated and play areas for children. My grandchildren enjoyed a lot. The free shuttle bus from kingdom resort to Suncity was very helpful. I am very thankful for the life guard on duty 22/08/24 who saved my life. I was drowning and he was there in minutes. He was very professional and reassuring.

Challet 24 A The only thing i can fault is the metal racks in the oven were broken so we were unable to use the oven as the cooking tray kept collapsing. Would have been helpful to have 2 dish towels than one.

Location, very safe , activities for all ages, restaurants is good , is closer to Sun city and right on the main road

The room must have better Pillows , and Floor Matt as it get cold

Everything about the venue is excellent, next time will bring the kids...we need to stay there for more days definitely.

I have to think hard to find what I didn't like...but maybe if I have to I can say if all your towels in the bathroom were white instead of brown then everything would be just perfect...

The room was very comfortable, but I did not get to try the restaurant as I was at conference the whole time and ate there.My booking was not inclusive of meals.

Bathroom checks not done before we arrived. Towels and toilet paper was not enough . Second day better. Main bedroom had no floor mat by shower door

The house was spacious and clean and the Splash Pool and other facilities great for kids.

There was a construction side just opposite our house with a lot of noise. The WIFI and the TV were both not working!

It was my 2nd time at the resort, the last time I was booked into a 3 bed villa with a splash pool and this time I booked a 2 bedroom unit so, the facilities obviously not comparable :-) I was missing a few things like the microwave , iron and ironing board

(Unit 30B): The shower is a design flaw- the shower floor is same level as the bathroom floor so, the water just flows out as you shower, the shower head is not adjustable as it's too high up on the ceiling. It was a mess of water in the bathroom after a shower.

Anlage mit Pool, Minigolf, nettes Restaurant. Zimmer, Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber. Mein Autoreifen hatte keine Luft mehr, diesen wurde mir auf der Anlage wieder mit Luft gefüllt.

Bett knarzte schon beim hinsetzen jämmerlich und Matratze waren durchgelegen.
