Very nice staff clean and comfortable rooms! Would definitely recommend this place.

Food isnt that good lots of fried options or burgers. But 5 min walking you have plenty of restaurants to choose.

The location was very good, almost next to Morningside Mall. Safe, which is needed in JHB area. Staff was friendly. There was air con in the room, needed to be turned on otherwise felt stuffy. Good thing about the bathroom was that it had small windows. Friendly staff, which felt welcoming.

No hairdryer. The shower's hot & cold water was the wrong way around - but I see its quite normal in South Africa... The shower head was weirdly installed, the height was not right, and when the water was turned on the shower head aims at the wrong side of the shower making the floor wet - yes, there wasn't a shower door, so the opened side of the shower wets the floor. No bath mat. Very very very soft pillow.

Cleanliness, classy and comfort.

I feel that the seating arrangement around the Pool area can be improved. I think the establishment can invest in comfortable "chairs" in the pool area. For me this is the highlight of all my getaways, I like sitting comfortably around the pool with a book. Something worth mentioning, we could only get some sleep after 02:20am due to noise coming from what sounded like a Generator, not quite sure what is was but the noise was unbearable this "thing" only went off at around 02:20am and that is when we got some sleep.

Parking was decent. Room was clean, food was nice.

We were advised on booking that we could have a room with both a balcony and a bath. This was our number one criteria. On checking in we were told there are no rooms with baths or balconies available. The hotel was almost empty so we questioned why we could not have the room we wanted and were told they were all blocked off with no explanation was given. The receptionist was unhelpful and did not even try to make a plan. My husband left his jacket on the chair which contained his chronic medicine. We went back the next morning and whilst they had found it an put it into lost property with our room number, they failed to call us to say we had left it behind and had we not checked, they would have most likely have kept it for themselves. Not acceptable.

From the time we arrived at the main gates, the security staff were on point - even asking us if we needed help with our luggage. We got to the Reception and Blessing was on duty - so courteous, accommodating and a smile that went on forever. We were guided to our room and as we opened the door Roger and I looked at each other and said simultaneously that we had found our new "spot". Safe and secure ... Stunning swimming pool and gardens, and a fully set up gym ...

Very Beat. Very Peaceful.

The rooms require more maintenance. For example the telephone and air-con had issues. Bedsheet on the mattress easy pulled away.The restaurant requires a chef. Breakfast was not as exceptional as I would find in other hotels. If they can improve on what is stated than I am sure the hotel would do better.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, and grounds were well maintained.

Unfortunately, the reception of tv was bad. I also did not have hot water though my towel railing worked.

I am very tall and appreciate the size and the comfort of the beds

you have recently changed tea brands. I don't like the new tea brand. Too weak. I prefer the 5 Roses Ceylon tea

Rooms were good in terms of size and facilities. staff friendliness was good.

With only 4 (maybe 5) other guests booked in, it was sad and unacceptable to be placed (knowingly by the scheduler) so close to the power generator that kept kicking in time after time during a load shedding session (ours was early morning) - we only discovered this after having gone to bed - meaning that no windows could be opened for airflow… And the parking area is way, way, way…too far away…
