Excelente ubicación, personal amable, respetuoso, simpático, y con toda la información actualizada para visitar Oporto. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno es excelente y a buen precio. Regresamos seguro!!

I got this "wow-effect" entering the hotel. Awesome how this building was refurbished. Everything is new & clean. Located at the Douro river. Breakfast very versatile. Had two different rooms. First stay 3rd floor. Second stay 2nd floor. Always good wifi reception.

Nothing to complain about.

Lobby agradável. Quarto confortável, cama e lençóis muito bons! Casa de banho grande e agradável ! Duche bom! Não tivemos oportunidade de experimentar o pequeno almoço e a nossa estadia foi curta mas tudo o que podemos usufruir, gostamos mt.

Apenas de algo que foi deixado no chão do quarto mal entramos. Tinha um plástico grande que deve ter sido deixado pelas meninas da limpeza mas que deveria ter sido verificado antes de entrarem hóspedes. Nada que tenha estragado a nossa estadia mas algo para terem em atenção pois a limpeza é tudo!

Location was good for us as we enjoy walking to explore the city, hotel was half way between city and the beach. Clean, comfortable, quiet

Could only use roof top bar 1 evening out of 5 night stay, it was closed the other night. Not a problem though as the rooftop bar wasn't the reason for choosing the hotel

Loved the art deco lobby and dining room, the rooftop bar and most of all the superb staff.

The room was clean and cute, the bed was super comfortable, breakfast was delicious, dinner at the restaurant great, cocktails at the rooftop bar amazing and the staff were helpful, friendly, and just all around pleasant

We had a minor issue with our toilet as the flush button stopped working twice. The staff were quick to fix it but it was unfortunate. Also it's á bit weird to have a glass door to the toilet and no door to the bathroom.

Great location, far enough away from the downtown noise& traffic, but can walk to most everything. Also it’s right in the trolley line (fun) Exceptionally clean & helpful staff.

the only thing was I didn’t know on Saturdays and Sundays breakfast starts an hour later than normal hours.

Staff were lovely and super helpful. Really good buffet bfast. Good sized and well-kept room, comfy bed. Interesting building and decent location on the outskirts of the historical centre, 20min walk (some uphill) to the tourist areas

Walk to centre includes quite a steep uphill, and public transport seemingly only every c.30mins, but the slightly longer walk along the river is lovely
