the location was great! this apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and shower was great.

The first set of stairs is steep! we got use to it after a couple of days. If you can’t do stairs this isn’t for you!

Gloriously 'French' apartment in Nice Old Town with plenty of space for our family. While our stay was only for a few nights, the apartment is well-equipped for extended stays with a modern and functional kitchen, laundry facilities and plenty of room to unpack. Guillaume met us upon arrival to show us the apartment and was unobtrusive during our stay but always a phone call away if we were to need assistance. The location is excellent, with endless dining and shopping options in the surrounding laneways, a short stroll to the morning market or promenade and a few steps from the tram. Be prepared: there is no lift as buildings in the old town are... old! This is part of the charm. The apartment is on the fourth floor so pack lightly! Overall, our stay was an immersive experience that we will fondly remember, and we look forward to returning for many memorable stays.

On the fourth floor with quite steep stairs. Ok for us, not a problem but not for disabled people - No wheelchair access.

The location - right in the heart of the old town. Well furnished apartment with everything we needed for our stay plus basic provisions such as loo roll, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, hand wash, tea and coffee. A brilliant place to experience Nice. We loved opening the windows and breathing in the atmosphere and buzz of old town Nice.

We liked everything about the apartment but the 4th floor with no lift would not suit everyone. Also, as the apartment is in the old town there is obviously some noise which again might not suit everyone.

Very good central location in the old town of Nice only minutes from the sea. Comfortable beds and aircon in the living room. Bean to cup coffee machine with beans provided by the host.

It is on the 4th floor but we did know that before we rented it. It could be noisy at times, street noise at night and bin pick ups early in the morning but that would not stop us renting the apartment again if in Nice!

The location was fantastic. We didn't want for anything facility wise. Would definitely go back again. Old Town Niece is a must for first time travellers

Location-Location-Location. This apartment has it all. Everything you needed for Nice holiday was around. Apartment itself is modern and clean. Enough space for four persons and beds are so great. Thank You Guillaime!

The owner was very good and very helpful in every way. This apartment is in good order and situated in a busy side street.

The noise from the streets is awful and continues most of the night and early hours of the morning. If you need your sleep then check that double glazing has been fitted before booking. Then this will be a perfect place.

Everything was great, the apartment was really amazing, everything you need, you can find in this apartment, very clean and cozy, the bathroom is perfect, large and comfortable. The location is amazing, very close to all attractions. The owner was very helpful, he is really amazing - gave us a lot of tips...
