the property was easy to access from airport and after the safari. The lady that received us and got our suitcases was really helpful and smiley all the time

we were disappointed because we left our big suitcases there before our safari as we were coming back to stay there another night after the safari. we put a zip tie on the suitcases zips but one was only put on the main zip. when that suitcase was collected the top zip was slightly open. My dad check but it seemed that everything was there, until we arrived to our hotel in Zanzibar and he was looking for his sandals which he left on top of the suitcase facing upside down have disappeared and slowly realised that some of his new t-shirts that he bought specially for the beach have also disappeared. he would have to ably given them to them if the ask however is sad that the helper them self.

Very strong curry smell that spread over the hotel, good hotel but does not match with its location- which was noisy. Telephone numbers indicated on the phone were all wrong.

Room maintenance

The hotel that was situated in a great location - it was close to the market and not too far from the clock town. The room I stayed in was nice and clear, but I did have to pay extra to switch to the mountain view room. It was a little frustrating because the system showed the rate with that option, but overall, the room was comfortable. As for the breakfast, it wasn't bad at all - there were many choices for me to select from. The staff was also very helpful, although at times it did take them a little while to reply to my questions. However, my stay was great and exceeded my expectations.
