The breakfast was really good, it's not a contintental breakfast but they offer eggs in all variations, toast with avocado and croissants. And there was plenty, so can definitely recommend it. We arrived around 22.00 and didn't had the chance to go for dinner yet, but they still wanted to make some food for us which was really good.

WiFi was not working in our room, but they immediately called their IT company which came the other morning to fix it. So they are really customer focused. Location is a bit far from the city centre, but a tuktuk would cost you around 3 dollar if you're good in bargaining. They can call them for you and agree on a price if you want.

Clean tidy property. Staff were very pleasant and tried hard to make the stay a positive one. The manager was very supportive and helpful and did all he could to make the stay a positive one.

Food was poor in quality and distance was far from Arusha.

Very nice hotel in Arusha. The staff was super friendly. Food was very delicious and cheap. We ate dinner 3 times in the hotel and it was amazing. They even arranged us a taxi to the airport for a very good price.

Hotel is not in the centre, it is located south of Arusha, about 30min drive from centre during traffic.

Second stay here. After safari and before flying to zanzibar. The staff and management made our stay perfect. When our flight was canceled out of Arusha and changed to Kilimanjaro, Joseph the manager gave us a room to use until 7 pm and arranged a driver to Kilimanjaro airport. This place is clean, comfortable, has good food and service. We Will only stay here again in Arusha if we come back

Cleanliness, comfort, staff and food and price were the high lights of our stay. The manager Joseph was extremely helpful, speaks great English and helped with anything we needed including transport. The rest of the staff were very friendly, professional and easy going. Some reviews have mentioned that it is a bit far from Arusha but that was a benefit to us. A lot quieter but still not too far to town. Especially with good food and drink we had no reason to go anywhere. We stayed 2 nights, went on safari and came back for 2 more nights. Joseph stored a bag for us and told us not to bother paying until our second stay. Felt like home here. With nice views as a bonus and pleasant grounds.

We booked Mrimba Palm Hotel for two single nights - one after trekking and another one after safari, as well as two last nights in Arusha. Unfortunately Googlemaps and Maps.me were showing wrong location of the hotel, which was a bit of inconvenience to us as we wanted to walk to the center (difference of 5 km). That is why we needed to cancel the booking for last two nights and stay somewhere closer to the center. Besides the location everything was exceeding our expectations - the room was spatious and clean, mosquito net was provided, staff was very friendly and the hotel's restaurant serves very good and fresh food for fair prices (mostly 15 000 TZS per full meal). Breakfast was ok - we could choose chapati or/and eggs. There were also fresh fruits, croissants and coffee available.

Location - missleading description on Booking.com as well as wrong pin on Googlemaps and Maps.me. This problem should be already fixed :)

We got a great welcome even tho we arrived in the evening the chef made us a delicious dinner. The rooms are quite basic but very comfy and super clean shower and loo too. Shower v powerful. All the staff were fab they have a reasonably priced well stocked bar. We stayed 1 night ahead of our safari breakfast was fab. Would def recommend

Small rooms. Deceptive online photos. Tiled bathroom floor that was very slippery when wet. Tiny TV with local channels only, positioned high up on the wall, and at right angle from the bed. Huge balcony opening to dusty road.
