Location and Staff

No WIFI in the rooms and current covid restrictions are a pain.

The view from the restaurant is AMAZING ! You are deep in the jungle and just for that, you need to go there. The staff working there is sooooo nice, fun and will make the most to make your stay the best. The hotel can arrange a lot of activities. The surroundings and Khao Sok is such a beauty, we felt so privileged to go there and there are not so many tourists !

• The rooms were a disappointment. The difference between the pictures on Booking and the reality is quite important. We told the staff who told us that they had to cut trees and bushes after the Covid because it was too invasive and got into the houses, but most of the rooms didn’t get that burned vegetation view… • The kitchen closes at 7.30pm and the bar at 8pm, so after that, you are left on you own in the dining room or in your room. • We sent emails weeks prior to our arrival to book activities, had many exchanges with the manager, but when we arrived, the staff had no idea of what we booked because the manager forgot to forward our emails and we couldn’t do one of the activity - elephant experience - because it was closed on our date (if we had known earlier we would have managed). • The manager is sooooo chatty. He’s really nice, but he loves to talk a little bit much. He’ll come to you in the middle of your diner, and talk to you while you eat and won’t go away 😭. We love to meet new people and share nice time with them, but that’s too much ! • The bathrooms in the bedroom are very low quality. You’re in the middle of the jungle, so that’s understandable, but just be aware that if you don’t see any pictures of the bathroom in the pictures, there’s a reason for it. • The worst coffee we ever had. Like really. Every guests we met there agreed on that : WORST coffee. It didn’t have AT ALL the taste of coffee.

Was really beautiful location exactly what I expected. Amazing view from the restaurant! The bed was comfortable and big.

Mosquito net doors just were staying on the floor and we couldn't use them at all. The house was old and dirty. The hotel was like pet friendly but we paid extra money for the small dog and they prohibited to come in their restaurant with a dog. You can't order food when you want, only by prior order and until a certain time (7pm). And one more, our neighbor (Thai national) was screaming for 3 hours till 11pm (fought with his wife), it was very unpleasant.

The activities were very good and well organised, the elephant was well done for the resource they had, the lake trip was good but the people who did not go on the hike felt a bit let down by the floating hotel they were left at. The staff were eager to help and service was good Its located in a nice natural environment

The rooms are very dated and the maintenance has been poor over the years but you can see that from the price and pictures. The food is limited and there is no where else to go

1. Bathroom is open that a lot of bug 2. Water is very little flow 3. Hot water machine is not working 4. No Wifi at the room 5. Book 3 peoples but preparing only 2 pillows. (The other one is very dirty) 6. Dinner is very expensive and not good taste 7. Walking from the room to parking is 300 meters.

We are a young couple from. Austria. We stayed three nights at this Resort and it is absolutely beautiful. It is located 10 minutes from Phanom Nationalpark and 30 minutes from Khao Sok Nationalpark. And the great thing is that its one of a very few resort which allows pets, so we had our 2 dogs with us and they loved it there. Every room has its own bathroom and a big terrace. And there is So much nature and green around, in between the mountains, its beautiful. In this area there are a lot of things to do. The Resort has its own Jungle Trail, you pass a rubber tree, 2 caves, wild elephants, a coffee and palm plantage and much more. they grow their own own rain forest on the property, what is really great! and it is absolutely peaceful there. Everywhere are palms, flowers, many different fruit tress, plants and much more. The Resort is quite big and you can take a walk inside the resort too, as there are many walkways. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and we can highly recommend it to everyone. We'll come back for sure!

Everything was fine. There wasnt anything we didn't like.

We liked to room and the atmosphere around the compound in the morning. The room was clean and was in ok condition. The food was great. We arrived a little late on the day so we didn’t have chance to do the activity.
