This accommodation was such a pleasant surprise. The apartment is perfect for a longer or overnight stay. Close to a supermarket and quiet and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

Is it possible to give a twelve out of ten? Chiara went so far above and beyond it was ridiculous! We had an amazing time in Rieti largely thanks to her incredible hospitality and the care she has taken with the apartment - we stayed in the Sole unit on the top floor and it was absolutely charming and just right for us (as a couple of pilgrims taking a weekend break from the rigors of the trail). Kitchen was well stocked with basic foods and a great coffee maker; bathtub was excellent and just what our tired feet needed; decor was carefully chosen and stylish, and views of snowy Mt Terminillo were lovely. But the real show-stealer was Chiara herself, who was available instantly and graciously at every turn. When we asked about local football matches, she not only sent us the relevant info but got us onto the guest list for a game, then showed up to take us there by car and pick us up afterwards. She helped when we needed a taxi, and helped guide us to good restaurants and markets. Location is excellent, on a quiet alley just off Piazza S Francesco, a very short walk from the river and from the main street, Via Roma.

Chiara was a wonderful host! The apartment had a really great atmosphere, was beautifully decorated, and had a nice bath. The location was very convenient as well.

The location of the house is the best in town. So close to the river, pedestrian bridge, Roman bridge, the best restaurants and aperitivo places. Also only a few steps from Conad food store and main square. The bath was so comfy after we did a part of Via di Francesco pilgrimage route. And Chiara - wou, so helpful, full of tips for restaurants, shops, barber...

I only wish that we could have had more time here!

As a pilgrim on el Camino di Francesco, arriving at this accommodation was like arriving in heaven! Chiara was extremely sweet, helpful and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. The apartment was carefully equipped with a lot of attention to detail and I loved having access to the whirlpool bath! I would love to come back!

This little flat is kind of a 4* Little Hotel Suite, contemporary furnished and with everything you need for a private and safe 2/3 days stay. It's within few steps from the city center and next to the beautiful riverside walkway. In-house wifi is a good VDSL connection with 150Mbps downstream :)

In case you need to "live" the place during the day, the room has not that much "sun light", and something needs some refurbishing ...

All contact with our host, Chiara prior to our stay allowed our earlier than expected arrival to go very smoothly. Accommodation was very close to bars, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.
